Had a online zoom meeting with Frank regarding our personal family need's. Frank went through a series of questions as well as asking us if we had questions. To understand our need's. We didn't feel rushed nor pressured. Frank at the end came up with our final solution, which we was happy about.

Went a little over an hour but the initial consultation was still free of charge and was happy to answer any questions about it originally starting as a cold call. A positive experience over all.
