This was my second purchase from Henig Furs, completely satisfied with both. My purchases were online; however, the staff was very cooperative and friendly to my questions over the phone prior to making the purchases. First purchase was a jacket, and this time a pair of mink cuffed gloves. In both instances the online description and photos were accurate. My orders were packaged to protect them and shipping was prompt. I am completely satisfied with the products and service of Henig Furs and will certainly consider them when making another fur purchase.

My mink coat is beyond beautiful! So impressed with Henig's customer service and quality. Would buy from them again in a heartbeat.

This is very beautiful and doesn't shed like the first fox headband I had years ago. The dark brown looks so expensive. I can wear it with fox or mink.

I would recommend this company to anyone looking to purchase a fur. I purchased a stroll, headband, short fur coat and a fur hat online. My order was received in a timely manner exactly what I order. I trust this company and will continue to make my purchases with them.

I ordered a coat online. It was shipped promptly. To my disappointment, it was 1 size too small. I called and ended up getting a return label and ordering the same coat. I'm very happy with this company. Would recommend buying from them.

The rabbit jacket is beautiful and the quality is excellent . My only issue is never receiving any sort of notification about delivery or response to my emails.

The majority of Americans wearing a medium are a size 6-8. The medium size jacket fit a female standing five feet, weight is 95 lbs. please offer a better understanding of your sizes.

Selection is great but most of all everyone is treated with respect. Our staff works with terminal patients so we are always in striving to meet the needs of our patients/families. It is a challenge and we meet each day striving to provide diginity with end of life care.Hengin’s have provide our staff with “stress relief” when we have a few minuites when not working to looking at their website, keeping each other updated on items, etc. We have ordering everything from gloves, furs, ponchos, outerwear and still drooling. Everything we have ordered exceeded our expectations! We have purchased seveal furs over the years and each time I am more excited than before! I acutually placed a order wrong and made one text and it was handled and with a personal greeting! Now days everyone can sell a product but Hening is “the product!” Personal, professional and family oriented from the time you order to the time you recieve it! I have often told my friends that the people seem to be as excited as I am to recieve it! Now, that is what I call “CLASS” with a capital C! Thank you for allowing us to have some fun and deal with the daily challenge of provide care to our patients and family! Hening’s has the ability to make a purchase special regardless of whether it is a high price item or a pair of gloves on sale! There should be no questions why it has been family owned for generations! I personally would not think of buying from anywhere else!

I emailed Henig about an issue and it has been 4 days with no reply. Where is customer service.

My order was missed placed for Christmas but when they found out the replacement made it here before the holiday. This is my 5 +piece from Henig furs, I wouldn't purchase from any other.

I found Henig Furs via a Google search because I was looking for a local store capable of cleaning a vintage coat. I liked what I was reading and seeing on their website. I ended up finding a fun rabbit fur knitted poncho on sale for $49. Ended up calling the store because the pictures were not clearly referencing the colors. The phone support was spectacular! The gentleman helped me with the website, and told me the exact colors in each of the pictures. I ended up placing my order online once I decided on the gray. I will be visiting their Nashville location soon to see what lovely items they have in stock, and to have my coat professionally cleaned. Thank you for being so kind and helpful!

I returned leather mink trimmed gloves a few weeks ago because they sent wrong color.and I am still waiting for the correct gloves to be returned. I also called and left a message and no one has returned my call. I'm so disappointed. And I also order a mink headband and received it but still waiting for my gloves.
Overall I have been pleased with my orders. Just disappointed that I got no response in reference to my gloves.

My fur purchase was done over the phone. Great selection and they had exactly what I wanted. The sales person was very helpful and professional. My fur coat is excellent quality and I am very happy with it.
