Great Service and Product
We ordered the tiger junior play set for our daughter. Found the whole process from ordering to delivery very straight forward. The app was very helpful as we could track the progress and knew when to expect delivery. Delivery actually happened sooner than expected. The product was easy enough to put together, everything is labeled and we had received everything we needed. We were really impressed with the quality and our daughter is thrilled with it, she absolutely loves it.

Bosse Play Unit - Poor Quality
The product delivered (Bosse Play Unit) had too many splits and cracking in multiple places, photos refer. These cracks will lead to water intake, subsequent rotting and potential failure of the swing set rapidly. Have a two and a half year old and a newborn and I was not willing to proceed with the assembly because of the potential risk and the poor condition of the product delivered. To be fair the lads at Hennessey agreed to take back the product and made arrangements for the product to be picked up, much appreciated! However, it is unacceptable to be left with the financial burden of the original delivery fee and the return costs for a sub-standard product despite the assigned delivery driver / courier being in the general location for another near-by drop off. No one wants to take full responsibility to resolve and reimburse the delivery / return charges. This is unacceptable.

Got great value on a picnic table, delivered in the time stated and easy to put together. A sturdy piece of furniture that looks like it will stand the test of the new more extreme Irish climate!

Slide was very faded when it arrived
Slide was very faded when it arrived, so it didn’t look new, and the timber was very rough, had to be sanded as my son got splinters first time playing with it, very expensive for what came to be honest
