I highly recommend this course and being trained by Henry. I am new to property investing and have attended online training by other property trainers who heavily market themselves on social media. They tend to pressure sell other training courses at extortionate costs. Thankfully, this course is nothing like that!
Henry Davis' training focuses on providing quality and valuable content without the pressure of selling other courses. Henry is very personable, funny and made me feel very comfortable when listening to the content, and when engaging, despite my lack of experience in this field.
I have reached out to Henry prior to and following this course and he has been very helpful in answering any questions I have had. He is obviously extremely experienced and knowledgeable and seems to genuinely want to help others on their property journey.
The resource provided in conjunction with the course is also equally valuable.
Bottom line - do not miss out on this training if you are serious about investing in property!

I attended Henry’s 1 day course - The Key to Property Investment. Henry presents with expertise built through decades of experience, with a nice dose of humour thrown in.

Henry also created a welcoming and engaging atmosphere, encouraging open discussions and valuing the perspectives and experiences of attendees. This definitely helped the experience.

There were some great tips and insight and it was good value for money, something I rarely see if I'm honest. I’m definitely gong to look out for the next course on Property Refurbishment !

I attended Henry's one day e-classroom course for the NRLA called The Key to Property Investment.
Henry is a very knowledgable, experienced and ethical property developer and a great presenter. He's keen to help other people to develop their property careers and progress. He is passionate about what he does which comes across when he speaks. He likes to hear the views of others and discuss their experiences and is very likeable with a good sense of humour. I really enjoyed the course and feel it is of benefit to new and experienced developers alike as there are many nuggets to take away. It is very reasonably priced too which is refreshing in this industry to receive such good value for money. Thanks Henry, looking forward to doing the next course in Property Refurbishment soon!

Henry is a fantastic communicator and teacher. I was more than pleasantly surprised by the content of the course and how interactive it was. I highly recommend this for anyone who either wants an introduction to Property Investment or those looking to consolidate their skills.

Henry has provided useful course materials of that can be utilised to manage our own projects effectively. I have enjoyed the examples of past projects and and the provided insights from his own lived experience on how to save money whilst carrying out a high quality refurb within a reasonable budget and how to appoint a good support team of builders, surveyors and architects for a project.

Henry's course on property refurbishment was fantastic! I was one of the few landlords on Henry's course who was not developing HMOs yet the schedule of works and tips for approach to builders / QS / Architects were very helpful. Specifically, like many landlords in England we have a few damp / condensation issues and the tip sheet in the materials for that was worth the price of the course alone!

Great Course, Henry was very knowledgeable and helpful with any questions, and I would recommend to anyone who would like to start in property or any current investors and landlords looking to gain more information.
