Loved the selection and pricing. Customer service was ultimately very helpful. Would have given a 5, except one of three items was on backorder, so the other items purchased were held up for shipping... Toon meer

Amazing selection - all the brands, lots of colors - decent sales, love the universal fit system that mostly works. Love Tomina's notes on when to size up - very helpful. Shipping was fast.
My order finally arrived - over six months after it was submitted. I was updated from time to time which was a good thing but I don't think you should accept orders that you cannot fill within a reas... Toon meer

Bra buying is about the details.
Bra buying is about the details and you are really good about those.
I really appreciate all the education you give about fit and sizes. Also really like that you give all the details of what the bra is made of.

Panties were delivered and upon opening, the inner bag had an oily film on it, causing one of the items to have an oil stain on it. Upon washing, items shrunk to half the original size! Very disappointed.

I’m a Primadonna bra girl through and through. I try others and never like them. The prices of Primadonna are ridiculous so I was happy to finally find my size and type on sale.

Why not make these in the USA
I have a hard time with any clothing items that are made in Vietnam. Otherwise, the fabric is very soft and comfortable.

The robe is lovely and exactly as expected
The robe is lovely and exactly as expected, the price was great and fairly quick shipping. I love the quality of the 100% cotton La Cera products. The return policy does not appear to be that easy or great so I do hesitate to purchase from Her Room for that reason. Overall though a good experience with ordering and shipping and product.
