Great service, the bed was delivered in good condition even when I discovered there was accessories that wasn’t included, it was posted to me within 2days.
I recommend their services, the bed was a good value for the price

Stay clear paid £450 for table and chairs and got bumped !!!!! Seemingly using this page but have an actual shop with a different name… oh how the tables will turn !!!

I ordered a small double Rio bed from this company and it’s the 2 no one I have ordered cause the first one was amazing quality , I also have it in a single , amazing quality and always fast delivery

Never have I ever dealt with a cowboy company like this is my life, unhelpful, unprofessional and poor customer service.

This company actually cost me money even when it was their mistake. I had to pay £80 for it to be returned. I purchased a mattress based on the advise I received from them and even on purchase advised if it’s not in a soft I don’t want to go through with the purchase or have the issue of returning it. They sent a firm mattress which they confirmed when I messaged them however, when sending them screen shots of all the proof I had about being advised to purchase this mattress they still said I would have to pay to return it. total injustice and honestly never ever bother to review but had to do this one to tell people to save their money and shop elsewhere.

Bought and paid for 3 items. Only recieved 1 item and this was shipped from China instead of the UK. LOOK OUT ! !

Update: bed delivered 8 days late however, on unpacking the quality was atrocious. They did offer a refund through PayPal if we sent it back. We explained that our father in law (who’s bed it was at the caravan) was seriously ill in hospital and it would be a couple of Weeks before we could arrange to have it sent back as we didn’t want to leave him. They offered no empathy or leeway so unfortunately our claim lapsed and they won. Sadly he never came home from hospital and passed away. As a company they wouldn’t offer any support during troubled times or extend the timeframe to return to allow us to spend precious time with him during his final days. They can keep the money for the bed but this is a warning to all potential buyers….this company is disgraceful!
This company has failed to deliver a bed on two separate occasions leaving my 80yr father-in-law sleeping on the settee. Speaking to customer service is shocking with them showing little empathy and a lack of ownership to resolve passing the blame to the delivery company. Had to put a PayPal claim in to receive a refund!

This company is an disgrace!!!!! Stay well clear!!!! I ordered 2 3ft x 5ft 2 mattress on the 2nd April!!! They delivered the wrong mattress on the 16th April!!! Took them back and said correct mattress would be delivered on the 20th April (today) GUESS what sent the wrong mattress AGAIN!!! This company is a farce, you can not phone them and have to sort it out by email!!! I wouldn’t go anyway were near this company again!!!

I could accept mistakes happen but to send wrong mattress out twice is a disgrace!!! What kind of company is this

I will also be reporting it Amazon as the customer service is also a disgrace and Amazon should know what kind of company they are letting sell products on there site!!!!

This is an excellent company to deal with i had a problem and they arranged a return within 2 days replaced the item with another design i asked for now problem there the bed i have now is wonderful well made the staff in head office which i dealt with ere so polite went over backwards to help so polite and efficient and replied to my emails so swiftly will hope to do more business with them again highly recommended

Having previously purchased great quality best value ever 2in1 guest beds from hf4you through Amazon (prompting me to post up a glowing review) I was keen to use hf4you again to purchase a double mattress 18 months ago. Again I got a great bargain, and the excellent quality Paris open spring mattress I bought shows no sign of ageing at all after 18 months, no sagging or broken springs. It's so good I'm just about to order the same again for my second bedroom. Gutted because the price has gone up - I didn't realise when hf4you advertise products at a sale price, it really is a genuine sale price, which is why I have had such bargains from them so far. I'm going ahead and buying the same mattress again despite the higher price because its quality is proven to me and even at higher price it's still excellent value. Thank you hf4you. Hope you make this a hat trick and provide a great product and great delivery service this third time around.
