lincoln staff rude no introduction no “ how are you”, £150 spent for me and my parents and no check back, got the drinks order wrong, chasing 10 mins to try and pay the bill, portions for the price what a joke! didn’t ask us through any of the meal if you’d like more drinks
won’t be going back again.. also contacted the official email and no reply shocking customer service

Went to Worcester hickory’s last night a party of 9, on arrival table not ready , so told to take a seat in bar, the tables were filthy & sticky , mess all over the floor? No wines by bottle the chap said so had wine on tap! When we were offered our table the floor underneath the table was full of chips, the kids cinema was full of popcorn on chairs & floor, every1 eat before me as they bought out a steak when I ordered a hot dog, so by the time mine came out every 1 had finished ? For what you get on the plate it’s no way worth the money ! Wont be returning 1st & last time sorry x

Just returned from Hickory’s Earlswood having read so much about the place, staff are great ,waitress was funny and engaging, music was country type stuff which I like, also a nice pleasant place, only down side was the average portion sizes for what you pay, I basically had steak and eggs, steak was tiny, 2 eggs and a grilled tomato plus a few potato type bites, this was £17 cudnt believe it, at Castle nurseries we get twice has much for £8-95, but once bitten twice shy.

On arrival, I accept we were within the 15 minutes allowed but due to 20 or so people we were over our allocated time. Dianna on front of house at Wallheath was so rude even calling me mate. We booked under Cameron for 4:30. My order arrived late and the team were super, even deducting it without me asking 5*

The food is exactly what you’d hope if you want an American cajun-style experience. I have now been to three different restaurants with varying levels of service. In the main, service has been good, though one restaurant was a nightmare. They were so busy and we had to wait a very long time for all aspects of our meal. It is also very expensive for what it is. For an occasional treat though, I recommended it.

Having read and been told how great Hickory's York was and how good the food portions were i was very disappointed with what I ordered the go big or go home burger. The size of the burger was slightly larger than a big mac and was dry and tasteless. Chip portion was average. Ive had a better burger meal from burger king for less than £21.99. Do your self a favour eat elsewhere.

Having read and been told how great Hickory's Horbury was and how good the food portions were i was Very disappointed with what I ordered the smoked beef rib.. The size the bone was very large but the amount of meat was miniscule approx 80mm long and 30mm square. So for a pot of chips, a table spoon of coleslaw a small pot of dipping gravy, three slices of gherkin and four slices of jalapeno for £25.50 was an absolute joke..... Do your self a favour eat elsewhere....

Very disappointed to learn Hickory’s non gluten menu is not totally gf. Was told at Burton Green Resturant yesterday that the burgers can’t be guaranteed according to manufacturer as gluten free. So why is it on the non gluten menu? Doesn’t this go against description legislation? This left a could over my early Mothers Day meal with my son. Not only do I feel I can’t return there but it’s left me nervous if other eateries with gf menus. It doesn’t feel sincere.

Me and two people I work with went to celebrate my leaving to Australia, we arrived early and was sent to the bar to enjoy are time while we wait and was served with a smile. We were seated at our table by Naomi who went above and beyond to make our experience amazing. Even bringing out a sign saying ‘happy celebration’ and then was given a free donut at the end of our meal. She was brilliant and well deserved of the service charge!

Went to Hickory’s in Gloucester on 03/03/2025 for a celebration, we arrived early and the team managed to accommodate us without issue, service was really fast and ftiendly, couldn’t have done enough. We over stayed our slot and instead of hurrying us out, the offered our younger guests a milkshake making experience! A celebration to remember and it’s all the children could talk about, fabulous!

Food was perfect, good sizes. Great service.
Nice drinks, good music.
I have even started to go in to watch sport in the sports bar bit on the side. Just a great all round vibe and they look after you.

What an amazing experience the food was amazing melt in the mouth brisket wow 😍 skin on fries and slaw then to round off with cinnamon coated churros & a grape soda was to die for the staff were so welcoming and friendly you really felt at home so lovely will definately go again i highly recommend this place 😬

Absolutely perfect, Went for twin sons 19th birthday. Food was scrumptious and lexi and Lisa were so friendly and made sure we had everything we needed . Even got sweet treat for the birthday lads . Definitely One of our favourite places to go .

During a recent stay at the Premier Inn in Wilmslow, we had the pleasure of dining at
Hickory’s Restaurant for our evening meals. While we had high expectations due to
previous visits, the experience this time surpassed them, particularly in terms of
service.
Over two evenings, we enjoyed excellent food, just as we had anticipated. However,
what truly stood out was the exceptional service provided by the staff. Emily and
Georgina, our servers on both nights, were not only friendly and attentive but also
made us feel genuinely welcome. Their friendliness and enthusiasm added
significantly to our dining experience. Emily's personal dish recommendations were
spot-on, leading to very enjoyable dining experiences for me on both occasions.
I was especially impressed by the attention given to one of my colleagues, who has
very restrictive dietary requirements. On both evenings, the managers, Dan and
Sophie, personally visited our table. They patiently reviewed the menu with my
colleague using their iPads, carefully explaining the ingredients and ensuring that his
meals were suitable. Their kindness and understanding made a significant
difference, and my colleague was very satisfied with his meals each night.
Overall, our experience at Hickory’s Wilmslow was exceptional. The combination of
excellent food and exceptional service makes this a place we will definitely return to.
Highly recommended!

Went to Hutton Hickory's in Jan. It was very cold and very dark and dull inside. The food portions where small and they cheaply added a tip amount which people DONT have to pay. Its not a legal thing to tip its suppose to be up to you. GO elsewhere.

Employee Daniel Jones was nothing but perfect for a waiter, from manners to just pure serving he was perfect and i will in fact be returning to this beautiful place.

Really poor experience we had been looking forward to this for a while , service is dreadful or at best functional. real shame , dirty chairs and tables , tables left with plates not cleared and booking a table time is a waste of time they will seat you when ever they want to at Hutton

Very disappointed,I would say its half a step up from a fast food chain. Very small portions and over priced.

In addition to this, we received a bottle of water on being seated, but no glasses.

Meal was ruined trying to get a waiters attention as half the meal was missing. By the time this was achieved, we'd eaten the other half of the meal.

Will not be visiting again!

We attended the Castle Bromwich Hickory’s 26th January 25 as a party of 13 our experience was excellent staff were very attentive food was hot and tasted amazing highly recommend it here …Thank you for the positive experience

Visited the Hickory's at Horbury, and I have to say our experience was brilliant!
We visited the restaurant on my daughter's birthday. We didn't book anything in particular, and they weren't aware of this when making the booking. On our arrival, on ordering a drink, I mentioned the birthday to one of the staff. They decided to get my daughter to come behind the bar to pour her own cocktail. The staff were brilliant. The food was excellent. Will definitely be returning.
