Best price I could find for a small piece of hi-fi equipment in the UK, and superb next-day delivery too!!

Everything went well with my order :). I'd just like to mention that they wrapped the box of the amplifier that I ordered in brown paper which I appreciated as I'm fussy about boxes and like them to be kept in excellent condition :). So many companies don't bother wrapping things like this.

Contacted Hifi Gear via the live chat function on their website. They responded immediately and did a quick stock check, confirming the item I wanted was in stock. Paid online and the free delivery service unexpectedly arrived the next morning (a Saturday!) before 10am. Exceptional, couldn't ask for a better buying experience.

I couldn’t be more impressed with the service from Hi Fi Gear! Their team was incredibly fast and efficient, with excellent communication every step of the way. I ordered a Linn Trampolin Base Board, and a very friendly and helpful staff member reached out to update me on my order's progress. They clearly explained why there might be a slight delay of just one day, which I truly appreciated. This level of transparency and care is rare to find. I’m beyond satisfied with my experience and will definitely be shopping with them again in the future!

I bought my first system from Hifi Gear. Ordered everything online and went over two days later to collect. Jamie gave me a warm welcome and explained how everything works and how to set it up. We stayed in contact throughout the buying process and i couldn't be more pleased. What a great service they give. Well recommended.

I received superb service selecting new speakers. I had a comprehensive demo with carefully matched components. They have a no pressure approach and the aim is clearly to help the customer make the right derision. My wife and I were looking to put together a system based around a turntable. After a lot of research we settled on the Rega System One and were pleased to discover that not only did HiFi Gear stock them but also had one set up for demo purposes.

We popped along to the store and had a great experience. Both Jamie and Charlie were friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable, but not pushy. After listening to the System One we decided it was what we were after so bought one from them. With a copy of Wish You Were Here thrown in, we were very pleased!

There were a couple of very minor issues with the System on set up (Rega's problem, not HiFi Gear's) but a quick call & visit to the store and they were resolved with no quibble.

Thoroughly recommended, it's a small store with loads of kit and an excellent team. Five stars!
