I purchased my Arc 3 buds for my holiday in Japan. They were fantastic. Easy to use, sound quality was out of this world. Can't say just how pleased I am. Thank you.

I've purchased 3 lots of earphones now with this company and grabbed an absolute bargain on each occasion, every pair were refurbished ones that really are brand new and packed and sealed like they are. And the best thing was that each pair had so much knocked off the price from the brand new ones that it was a steal, in the fact you think they're brand new. Will continue to keep looking all the time even when I don't need anymore earphones at the moment, just in case I miss out on a new bargain.

My son ordered 2 pairs of headphones at a cost of £90 or £95 each. Realising what he had done, he sent a pair back. Never opened the packet. Just sent them back. He's 16. Saves his money for everything he wants and this pitiful company haven't refunded him. I (his mum) was the person who took them to the post office to send back. I (his mum) lost the receipt. We have been in touch with the company, several times, through their chat and website, but nothing back. Thus was most of May and June. Then we gave up. I Just feel like they've ripped him off!!!

I ordered some headphones rather late, hoping to receive them in time for Christmas. Unfortunately there was a problem when I placed the order which meant that I couldn’t request express delivery. I contacted the company by email and they replied straight away and Ben was extremely helpful and proactive and sorted everything out so that I received the headphones in good time.

Hifiheadphones site doesnt know how to fill out customs form causing massive unessecary fees to recieve item at postal office and after 1 week of no changes to fee or attempts to rectify the problem with Posten.no i i just returned it and got a refund :)

I am addicted to this website... Open Box Sale... 👀... I stalk it daily... Your going to be the reason I can't cover my daughter's university fees 🤣.

Ordered headphones from them.
Arrived damaged. Contacted them, they sent a non-paid label for return.
I had to pay £12 out of my pocket to return the faulty item. I asked for them to refund this, which they declined claiming that they'd have sent a prepaid label. They DID NOT do this.

After returning the item, providing tracking, there is still no refund to be fund for the £300+ item or my return costs.

Luckily purchased through amazon, so reported them and filed a claim. Avoid at all cost, dishonest vendor.

I bought some Lypertek Pureplay Z7 headphones, in a reconditioned state. One bud would not pair. They replaced them without any quibble. The second pair also had an issue. Turns out the manufacturer "reset" info wasn't right and Hifiheadphones support member was able to give me the right info. Very happy now - thank you for good customer support and patience.

Purchased an item, messaged on the day asking to cancel as I had purchased the wrong one. Message saying they were closed and called and got same message. When they returned 2 weeks later, they have refunded but refused to refund shipping as I apparently did not try hard enough to contact them before it was shipped. Will not use again, awful customer service.

I've recently had some issues with a headset that I bought, through no fault of hifi.

The return/warranty process has been second to none. Prepaid labels sent to me and same day helpful responses. It's rare to find a company with such incredible customer service nowadays, but these guys are completely nailing it!

I have now had two items from this company and both items have been so good in description and packaging. I ordered these as refurbished and wow they are like new. very impressed with the sound and the instructions. Earfun and Final is just brilliant.

Just had my 4th purchase from this firm. Etymotic EVO’s and had them delivered in less than 24 hours. Well packed. Kept up to date with order process and delivery. Highly recommend.

Although things didn't work out with my order and I needed to return it, this company was a pleasure to deal with. Efficient and clear communication throughout, and you can tell they place importance on customer service. The Maoam sweets in the box are a nice touch as well!
