First class advice and service. Will use again, and recommend

Worst experience I had with this company. They did not notify their customers that they would be moving and the item I ordered would be delay by few days due to them moving.

Purchased what turned out to be a faulty product from hifiheadphones. Excellent support, simple returns process and refund within a matter of days. A great customer experience even though the product itself was manufactured badly (SoundMAGIC ST80).

Ordered a pair of headphones, which arrived quickly next day. The product itself was well packaged, with no damage. Which would be expected. Also the product was nicely priced, after comparing on numerous websites. I would recommend this company. Fortunately, i've not had to return anything yet, so can't review that side of the company.

Hifi Headphones were the only supplier that had what I needed at the right price. I'm always a bit wary with new companies, but I was pleasantly surprised. The ordering process was easy, and I wasn't forced to create an account first, which is a plus. The product arrived promptly in good condition, was exactly as described and worked straight out of the box. My only minor issue was that I paid for next day delivery, then received a text saying it would not be delivered until the day after next. It wasn't a huge problem for me apart from paying extra, but as it turned out, the item arrived the next day anyway. Just a silly admin thing, no doubt. Very pleased with this company and would use again. Definitely recommended.

I had some good advice and read some good partner reviews of Fidou in ear dual driver phones. Tremendous sound, and after fiddly fitting of over ear supports starting to really enjoy. Very good help about these, and 4 stars would definitely have been 5 if HiFiHeadphones had delivery been time order placed corresponding to delivery day. Slight grey area so work plans had to be shifted about.

Just want to thank you for your superb customer service. The replacement headphones have been received today and look great. Will be putting them to the test from tomorrow on my daily constitutional but the plug looks more substantial than the Koss model and neat foldaway design with wallet is very nice. Thanks again for your generous response which was quick, polite and helpful from start to finish. Highly recommended company.
