Highbridge Caravans Reviews

Easy to order online. Very speedy delivery

Ordered the Caravan cover on Sunday, delivery Tuesday, fitted Thursday. It fits a 1946 American Chevy truck, well enough to protect it when its outside.

An excellent experience at Highbridge Caravans. Nathan, the salesperson, Steve, the handover person and Julie who handled the final paperwork were all very professional, efficient and extremely pleasant. The handover was extremely comprehensive, exceeding our expectations. We are so glad we chose Highbridge Caravans for our new caravan.

Had a few queries today and Liz Francombe in the sales office has been lovely to deal with, very knowledgeable and friendly. A credit to Highbridge.

We had booked our caravan in at Highbridge for them to investigate a noisy brake issue. Unfortunately on my way to them we had a minor incident causing damage to skirt rail. Leighton and his service and repair team could not have been more helpful. The break issue was resolved without any quibbles, an estimate provided for repairs and sealant applied so as not further water damage could occur until repairs can take place. 1st class service by a great team. Thank you

Very competitive pricing and excellent delivery service

I have ordered my stuff
However I need to talk to someone but only got answer machine not good that.
And not enough time on machine to leave a message needs improvement.
On a good note you had what I wanted .you replied to my email and problem solved

We purchased our Coachman Laser caravan new from the Devon Branch of Highbridge Caravans. We recently required some warranty work to be carried out and I can only state that the service we have received from the After Sales Service Centre at Teigngrace Devon Branch has been exemplary. Interest shown in the issues of concern, a schedule of the planned time in workshop and on collection a full description of the work undertaken. The Caravan was clean and the carpets vacuumed ready for our collection.
A special mention for Rebecca who had complete oversight of the work from the start to our collection. Thank you, we really appreciated your help and attention to detail.

I placed the order, it was dispatched same day, I received the package the next business day.

Ordered and despatched within 12 hours. Excellent service. Thank you.

Purchase of campervan, vehicle handover. Comprehensive explanation of operating systems with good aftersales support.

Items arrived very quickly, & were as described , so I'm pleased with my purchase .

Really great service and very quick delivery.
Would definitely recommend and use again.

Thorough hand over. Whole experience well managed

I only placed the order yesterday and the product had arrived within 20 hours and well packaged. A good range of products at very competitive prices. Email communication from the Company was timely and useful. After-sales easy to get hold of and informative, which I needed when I couldn't find out where an extra bit fitted. Turned out it was a bit for a Caravan and not needed on the Motorhome. Never mind!

Just sold our Motorhome to Highbridge at Teigngrace and it was the least stressful transaction I have ever been involved in.
The team were friendly efficient and focused and I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone looking for great customer service.

Good service. Certainly use again.
