Took car in as brakes sounding strange
Took car in as brakes sounding strange. Tim checked them, took it out and gave it a clan bill of health and even checked the tyre pressures and topped them up.
Tim was friendly helpful and knowledgeable.

Best Tyre Service in Bath
Had a potentially disastrous day put back on track after getting a puncture. Tyre had to be ordered and it was in the yard and fitted within about two hours! Amazing service and friendly staff - highly recommended.

Please do not use this company
Please do not use this company. Be aware they are under investigation due to damage on my car which still has not been resolved.
The manager is not only rude but degrading towards women. He spoke down to me and degraded calling me, ‘women’ several times in front of my young son. They scratched my car and did not come up with any kind of solution other than gaslight me say I had done this myself.
Please do not use the Bath branch. I walked away not only feeling broken, but importantly I had been told I had no rights at all. Please trust me when I warn you of these people.
You can not trust then and your car is not safe with them.

HiQ Bath saved the day.
I was a tourist, stranded roadside outside Bath. RAC was of no help in getting me a replacement tyre. The guys at HiQ Bath saved the day. I had the car towed to them (by Bath Recovery, also great). They special ordered the replacement tyre and had me back on the road by morning. Thanks!

New tyre
I booked my car in for a new tyre, got an appointment the next day. Online booking was very easy and I was given a price upfront. The people were extremely friendly and helpful and service was quick. Very pleased to have discovered this place and will use them again!

Excellent Service
I cannot recommend Stephen and his team at HiQ Tyres Bath enough. They provided us with first class service changing our front tyre within an hour of phoning them enabling us to do our 250 mile return journey. Superb service!

Great service
Good price, great service and nice people.
They spotted a couple of issues with my car, whilst just changing the tyres, that the BMW missed during the car’s service. Including a brake problem. I am very grateful to them.
Would recommend.

Great service
I just had 4 new tyres. I booked the appointment over the phone and the service was very quick. I mentioned to a staff member called Steve about my break pad making a squeaking noise. So they replaced it at a reasonable price even after a very short notice. Great service, would definitely recommend.
