I went into the Brandon Branch to get a potential puncture repaired ! Nail stuck in the tyre . On close inspection Mark the technician discovered only a highly polished stone ( looked like a nail ) Rhyden had all the tyres checked and found the front drivers tyre was only just legal .
After a discussion about replacement , an alternative tyre at slightly less money was ordered . All replaced today .
No fuss , great advice from Rhyden who was very enthusiastic about his service ! Mark the technician was excellent .

I rely on HiQ confidently, having had tyres and brakes replaced regularly. The price won't be the cheapest and you have to be patient in terms of the pace of service (take a book) but the quality of service is high and friendly.

Website made shopping for tyres and booking an appointment easy and efficient. Staff was very helpful and professional. Reasonably-priced tyres and a great experience overall deserves 5/5 stars in my opinion.

This was our first time using this company and they were brilliant. We had been advised by car dealers that we needed 2 new tyres but after inspection by their technician we were advised that we only needed one, there was nothing wrong with the other tyre. The technician was really helpful, polite and knowledgeable. We won't hesitate in going there again.

Had a brake pad replacement and they didnt attach the caliper properly. Horrible sound and dangerous to drive, took it in to be looked at and was quoted 5 days before they would even look. Took around corner. Diagnosed in 5 mins and fixed in 20 (at a cost to myself) They were responsible for the faulty installation which I paid 350 for. Couldnt wait as needed car for work. Was told by 2nd mechanic that they have a habit of poor duty of care.
