Booked tyres and time on easy to use website. If unsure of tyre size all you have to do is put in your registration and all available tyres for your car will come up from economy to premium ranges. On arrival was impressed how clean and tidy the whole place is with comfy seating , tea, coffee and drinking water available. Reception staff are polite and explain what’s going on. I have used this company for a while now as I find very competitive pricing and great service. I will use them again

Weve used hiq Hedge End many times in the past and had good service however on this occasion our experience was very different.
We took the car in with a fault and was told the spark plugs needed replacing, these were removed but then needed rethreading for new ones to be put in. We were then told this hadnt fixed the problem and a valve was replaced which again didnt resolve the issue and we were told to take it to Kia.
As the car was in the garage so long it came up to the date that we had also booked to have the MOT done, we had to chase this as we could not move the car to Kia due to the MOT having expired.
We appreciated having a courtesy car for the time our car was at hiq
Within 24 hours that Kia had the car they had it fixed. The battery needed replacing in order for them to do the diagnostics (how did hiq do the diagnostic with an almost dead battery?) and then a different valve needed replacing that we were told by hiq wouldnt resolve the issue
I also want to highlight the lack of communication with hiq while they had the car, we had to contact them to get updates, often also not being able to get through and having to leave a message which was not returned
We had to pay £700 for work that probably didnt need to be done and we will not be using the garage again

The guy at the desk was really friendly and said he’d call me when the tyre was changed. It was really quick and reasonably priced. Very happy!

Straight forward process from initially placing my order on line, for two new rear tyres, to the confirmation and updates, via messages.

Recently had a new set of Goodyear tyres fitted to a set of new alloy wheels for my van at HiQ tyre centre Hedge End, Southampton. It didn’t go quite to plan though as the new set of alloy wheels that I purchased from another company did not fit my van!. The team at HiQ were very understanding of the situation and went over and above to help out with the situation including taking delivery of the replacement wheels, and even boxing up the wheels that had to be sent back.
I couldn’t have asked for anything better than the service I received, all the team at HiQ were helpful and accommodating.
I can’t recommend them enough as they are always competitive with price and an exceptional customer service.
