Jamie, the manager, did everything she possibly could to help with a replacement tyre following an encounter with a pothole. The tyre was nearly brand new and had been fitted by HiQ in Scotland. It thankfully came with insurance. There was no small print or attmpts to wriggle out. Quite the contrary as I said in my opening comments.

There was a great atmosphere in the office and fitting area with everyone appearing to be very happy with their work and working to make sure customers were happy. What a great leader and great team. They fitted me in and attended to me promptly on arrival.

This is now my tyre fitter of choice.

Really happy with the process at HiQ. We had a major engine issue and felt the team went above and beyond for us from the beginning. They made what seemed like an impossible situation a bit more seamless. They bought in a specific technician and managed to get a car we suspected to be a write off back on the road an in brilliant working order. The team were kind, friendly, hardworking. I would definitely recommend this garage to anyone looking for someone to do any work. We will be returning for any tyres, services etc. thank you!

Helpful and pleasant receptionist made the tyre change quick and easy. Price was good, too.

From the initial phone call, jamie and her team have been amazing the are friendly and professional, explaining in full all the work that needed to be done, but in a simple language so you as the customer completely understand what needed to be down and also providing a detailed breakdown of the costs upfront. They kept me updated throughout, informing me of any changes regarding to any further repairs found whilst doing thorough checks or any changes to the initial quote because of this. The final bill was always exactly what was quoted, and their work is absolutely faultless.
The best garage I have found and trust 100% completely.
I would highly recommend.

Dropped off my Daughters Honda Civic off to Hi Q Maidstone for an MOT/Service while she was on holiday in Barcelona and once again was completely satisfied with the friendly service given by Hi Q.
Despite being short of staff Jamie managed to fit us in and I was happy to leave the vehicle with them until everything was completed. Great Job.

I have used HiQ at Maidstone for many years for servicing, MOTs and general repairs. They have always been first rate. The workshop is clean, tidy, and very efficient. Today I needed some repairs done and Jamie kept me informed, by phone, of the progress etc. I was a little early for collecting the car and so waited for the work to be completed. (It wasn't long) I must say that the whole team there are brilliant. The comradery is magnificent. There is, of course, some lively banter but that gells the team and they get the work done. I am very impressed and will remain a loyal customer. Thank you, all at HiQ.

A puncture repair was needed on a busy Friday lunchtime. I drove to my local HiQ Maidstone and Jamie arranged for the car to be repaired by Aaron in time for an urgent appointment. Great service at a great price (just as advertised). I will be back.

I recently booked MOT tests for two of my cars. Instead of scheduling specific appointments, they simply instructed me to arrive at the garage on the designated morning.

The garage opened at 8:30 AM. After dropping off our children at school, we arrived around 8:45 AM. However, the garage was already busy, and they were unable to immediately conduct the MOT tests.

We decided to leave one car for testing and drive away with the other, as we needed a vehicle. They assured us the test would be completed by 1 PM.

Despite their initial estimate, the MOT for the car was not conducted in the morning. I received a call at 4 PM informing me that the car had failed the test.

This company's booking system lacks specific appointment times. Customers effectively compete to arrive as early as possible to secure a place in the queue. Subsequently, the garage works on vehicles at their own convenience.

I would not recommend this company unless you are willing to participate in this 'early bird' competition or have the flexibility to drop off your car and allow them to work on it at their leisure.

Having recently moved to Maidstone I was looking for a garage for my car service. I looked at all garages within 5 mile radius and this place seemed the best choice. It was easy to book a service and got my choice of date and time. You fill out the form on the website and choose 2 dates. The garage contacted me to confirm my choice. My car was serviced in a timely fashion and was reasonably priced. Jamie in the office was really friendly and I felt comfortable leaving my car there. Ringo the mechanic did a great job. Would recommend to anyone looking for a car service and will use again in the future

I'm new to the area and visited HiQ for rear tyres,
The level of customer service from Jamie was fantastic so decided to get a long lost of maintenance bits done which Mike the Mechanic was brilliant, they answered my many questions and gave me lots of advice which I am very thankful for,
The whole process was made easy, they communicated efficiently along the way and maintained a very high level of professionalism.
I will be using these again.
