Quick efficient respectful. Comfortable waiting area. Looked after well by Dan.

Easy to book the tyres that i wanted online and book an appointment. With a very reasonable price. Great communication from them. Dan is always friendly and helpful. Work was carried out in the time slot allocated and i was contacted by phone when my car was ready.
I have been using them for a good few years, and will be continuing to use them in the future.

Booked tyres in Neath via Blackcircles on a recommendation. Both Blackcircles and HiQ were very easy to deal with. Dan the technician at HiQ Neath was fantastic and even provided a little bag for the locking wheelnut, to keep it safe. Highly recommended, not done many miles yet but will update when my Hankooks have been ridden.

Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish. The most reasonable tyre price and so easy to book. I arrived at the allocated time slot and was seen to straight away. I was offered a hot drink as I was waiting and a comfy seating area to wait in. They were so polite and professional and efficient. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend. My car went in for an MOT and Service. Great support from Kyle. Regular updates and superb customer courtesy. I know how important feedback is and well deserved here. I will be back to trust my car with the team there again. They have attention to detail and have time for their customers.

After searching for premium tyres online, came across HIQ. Best prices I could find. Called in and spoke with Kyle, great guy with 20 years of knowledge. Helped me pick 2 premium tyres that suited my driving. Top bloke and a lovely guy. Thank you Kyle

Great customer service when I called to book in my car for new tyre after recent puncture from Dan. He was professional and I had searched around and checked out other tyre places but was not happy with the tyre I was trying to purchase for my Ford Puma ST Line X. Dan knew exactly what I wanted we were trying to get a Continental tyre but none available in the size and also specific requirement 96V extra load. So Dan suggested a Goodyear the correct spec and extra load which other places didn't understand. Also I knew if I went to HiQ they are Fords so excellent service, reliable and understood my Ford vehicle. Well done Dan, first class customer service, nice smiling face, relaxed, cool and knew your tyres!

My tyre had a slow puncture and HiQ, Neath was close by. They checked it and it turned out that the puncture wasn't repairable. A replacement was ordered and I returned and it was done. Kyle dealt with booking my car in and the tyre fitting. This was done promptly and he was not only completely professional but also a pleasure to talk to. I will happily return here and recommend HiQ at Neath for the excellent service I received.

My second visit here, this time for an MOT. Im very fussy about my seating position in my car amongst other things and Kyle really does his best to adhere to any requests that you have as far as his job will allow him to and really understands individual customer needs.

He takes the time to give you peace of mind and explain clearly what he is going to do and/or move in the car before actually doing it and therefore giving a professional but also a personal service which I greatly appreciate and its something I have not got and do not think I could get anywhere else.

I was even able to watch the MOT being carried out on my car in the viewing area while Kyle explained the processes etc.

Kyle is professional, very knowledgeable and excellent at explaining things and giving you peace of mind for those that need it. He is also great to chat to and have a bit of a laugh with as well. Its a professional, friendly and personal service from someone who genuinely cares about your needs as a customer and your car.

Absolutely outstanding and the best service I have had in over 20 years of motoring.

Top service from start to finnish

Kyle done an excellent job replacing a damaged alloy, valve and tyre. He was helpful and commum9cated throughout as there was a delay in receiving the alloy.

Excellent service from the team from start to finish couldn't thank (Kyle C) enough for his support and taking ownership of my situation. Helped me get back on the road safley and in good time. He took digilent care of my vehicle and I couldn't ask for more. You'll be seeing me again in the future.

I am blown away by the level of customer service received while having my tyres changed. There was a mix up with the booking, which was no fault of Days, yet the person who oversaw my booking tried their best to limit any impact for me as a customer. Unfortunately I do not know the persons name but give this man a raise immediately! In addition, this person made sure I was comfortable while the work was being completed, made sure I understood the services provided and made me feel very welcome. Great customer care, will be coming back again.

Local garage, polite staff and very efficient. All questions asked before fitting were answered. Both front tyres changed, valve steam changed and wheels balanced. Can't ask for more.

Fantastic service from Kyle at HiQ Neath who fitted 2 new shoes on the rear of my 235i. Kyle was super friendly and helpful. I’ll definitely look to come back for a fresh pair on the front when needed. Highly recommended!

Fabulous service and speedy tyre change.
Tyres checked, ordered, and booked in for a couple of days later. Arrived on time and given a comfortable place to wait whilst Dan and Kyle set to work and speedily replaced 2 tyres, replaced 2 leaky valves, and put the new to the front ant the front tyres on the back. We didn’t have long to wait and the price was exactly as quoted.
Would happily recommend this service company and Dan and Kyle are a credit to HiQ, they are the best!
