Honest & Professional
This was my first time visiting HiQ Tyres & Autocare, and I had a very positive experience. From the moment I arrived, I felt comfortable and well looked after. The staff were friendly, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly without any pressure.
What stood out most to me was their honesty. They gave straightforward advice and didn’t try to upsell unnecessary services, which is something I really appreciate. The work was carried out efficiently, and everything was completed to a high standard.
Overall, a trustworthy and professional garage. I will definitely be returning and would happily recommend them to others.

Impressive service
Great service. Walked in to get my battery checked and after running the diagnostics straight away their supplier brought the right one over immediately and it was fitted. Very impressed. Great to deal with.

A friendly and efficient service at a great price.
I booked online, picking a day that was timely and convenient and I then received a phone call to confirm a time for my tyre fitting. When I arrived, the manager was welcoming and all the staff were friendly and polite. I had 4 new tyres fitted with wheel alignment and the price was the best in the area. As I drove away, I could feel a difference in the way my car was handling- a superb job!

Wow what a lovely family run business
Wow what a lovely family run business. I broke down on a mega busy road and this lovely lady Simone saw me and pulled over to help me. Total flat pancake tyre. Pumped it up, escorted me with flashing lights, the works, to their garage on Roman Way. Ordered tyre new one needed. Even let me have courtesy car to get to work. Picked up at 5 pm new tyre all safe again. Thankyou soo much 💓

Incredible service
Absolutely brilliant service.
Car was misfiring but was showing no error codes. These guys were recommended to me and have gone above and beyond to find the issue and fix it at a really good price.
Every person I have spoken to has been super friendly and helpful.
Thank you so much to mechanic and both ladies on reception whom I spoke to over the last few days.
