As ever Stuart and his team come through with the goods. It wasn’t the best time to bring my car in with firing problems. The Friday before a bank holiday is always busy. So I didn’t expect that they would be able to sort the problem on the day. But they did ! Excellent service, they were able to troubleshoot the issue AND fix it. They are such a through and reliable outfit. I was very pleased, again. Great stuff

Tyre deflated every two weeks. Took it to Hi Q Shrewsbury who found a tiny nail going through shoulder. Stuart ordered a new tyre and appointment made. Dropped car off, picked car up - job done. All very satisfactory.

Quick response, sorted my air con on the day of calling. Couldn’t have been more helpful, friendly, educational and efficient.

I've been using this garage for 25 years after a recommendation from a friend, and I keep coming back. Stuart and his staff are friendly, helpful and efficient. They don't overcharge, they don't do unnecessary work and they charge a decent price. I've never had any problems with any work they've done. Went to HiQ Shrewsbury with a blow out after hitting a pot hole. The guys sorted me out same day, and even topped my oil up for free.

GREAT customer service

MoT and service at the Shrewsbury branch today. Appointment at 11am. Very busy. Explained what I wanted. Staff pleasant and professional. Expected it to take some time. I phoned up at 4pm to hear that the MoT was done and that the service would be done by 5 30pm. Good price. I've been using HiQ for several years now. No complaints or issues.

I am a repeat customer with these guys, they are quick, professional and friendly.
All the work is undertaken to a high standard and more importantly they are straight with you, no extra charges, no messing around.
Highly recommended.
