After finding I had a slow puncture HiQ tyres Shrewsbury repaired it very promptly with excellent service and great advice

As always, the staff at Shrewsbury are courteous, professional and cheerful. The manager, Stuart, has moulded the team well. He is very approachable and gives the right advice when asked. I have never been disappointed with HiQ, and have recommended this branch to friends and colleagues. Well done Shrewsbury.

Well-managed place. Honesty and integrity in dealing with me. When they found the problem they contacted me straightaway and advised what needed doing and why. I know what I'm getting when I come here and would not want to go anywhere else.

Thank you to the staff at Shrewsbury HIQ who looked after me when I got a huge bolt in my tyre and I needed to take my mother in law to hospital for radiotherapy in the next hour. He put me a new tyre on as a priority and I was so grateful, but didn’t get his name 😩

Always helpful and explain what needs doing.I had a brake problem the day before my sons driving test and they managed to fit my car in and get me back in the road in time. Thank you to the team for the help and for the advice on the car too.

Stuart the manager , and the rest of the team are excellent in everything they do, very knowledgeable and professional in their approach, prices are very competitive and value for money in my opinion, Always accommodating , and flexible.

Apologetic the tyre required for my MOT to pass was not going to be ordered for same day. Plenty of suggestions for local places to get that sorted before returning for the MOT re-test.

Staff are friendly and experienced. Nothing is too much trouble for them, they are very accommodating.
The lack of 5th star is because the online booking system does not seem to link to a diary, so phone to make/confirm appointment.

I've been coming to HiQ shrewsbury for many years for service, MOT, tyres brakes etc. They do not try and sell you things you dont need which is excellent, they are normally busy but always try and fit you in for urgent issues if they can.

Always efficient, and accommodating, so nice to deal with the same people, my fifth year of using HiQ 10/10
