I needed a rare set of tyres - not usually held in stock - Hi Q appreciated the urgency, found a set, had them delivered and stayed behind to fit them as promised. Can’t state how different their approach was to several other true fitters in the town. Thanks

I use my local HiQ for servicing, tyres and maintenance of my two cars. They have always been friendly, helpful and accommodating. Would highly recommend them.

Stuart the manager is very friendly and approachable which is a huge plus when your an older female dreading walking in there, my mot was done in a professional manner and I from now on will continue to use them and also recommend them. 😊

The price was really reasonable. I was recently charged a lot more at National Tyres/Halfords for the exact same tyre including fitting, so it was refreshing to deal with somewhere that’s fair and transparent.

Friendly staff, quick turnaround, no upselling. Exactly what you want when you’re already stressed about a tyre issue. Would definitely recommend.

I have had two excellent tyre replacement experiences at HiQ Shrewsbury and both thanks to Stuart and his team. The positive experience of my first visit, a couple of years ago, meant that HiQ Shrewsbury was my first and only choice, when I recently needed to have two tyres replaced. Stuart was most attentive, helpful and friendly in identifying the options, ordering and ensuring prompt fitting of the tyres. Businesses are only as good as their people.
