Impressive customer service
Impressive customer service. Ellen called to confirm initial requirements, then nearer the time of hire called again to verify that plans had not changed. I was using the hire kit for a wedding, so logistical or administrative failure was not an option...

Consistently great service over several years as a customer
A very good, diligent, and well-organised hire company.
I've been using them for several years, and they have been consistently spot-on with communication and delivery. Their systems are well thought-out. Staff are personable. Equipment is always tested and well-kept. In a nutshell, they are one of the best hire companies around.
Being honest, I think their name makes them sound a bit 'down market', but don't be fooled - they do offer a top class service.

I can't believe I found this company
I can't believe the amazing service from this company. The affordable choice of camera and accessories saved me thousands in buying a camera. Due to living in the North West I couldn't collect so they delivered and picked up straight to my door. I will never buy my own camera again. I am hiring for the 3rd time in May. Customer service spot on.

Incredible service, literally elite. They called me to go through the gear and corrected a few mistakes I made that would have otherwise been costly. Super friendly and genuine service from the lady on the phone, delivery was lightning fast. Best I have used, and I've used alot of the main camera and lighting hire companies.
