First time hiring a lens from anyone and could not have asked for a better service.
Booking was very easy and got confirmation back immediatley.
I had a phone call with a member of the team shorty before the rental to make sure everything was ok and to check that I am getting the right product for my needs. Outstanding service!
The lens itself came via courier and was very well packaged. It came in a hard flight case and in its own carry case as well.
Lens was in excellent condition. Only the usual wear and tear markings as you would expect but glass itself was fantastic.
It was a great way to try a lens before commiting to a purchase.
Overall, it was a great service and I will definitley be back again soon!

Impressed first-time customer
This was my first experience using Hireacamera, and I was very impressed. I hired a Nikon lens for a trip to Finland, and the process end-to-end was seamless. After making the booking online I got a call from Hireacamera to go through the details; rather than being a box-ticking exercise they were genuinely helpful. I ended up with collection and drop-off plans which were much more convenient than those I'd initially gone for, and an extended hire period at no extra cost due to their office being closed over Christmas. The next time I need to hire any equipment, I will definitely be using Hireacamera.

Incredible service, great equipment!
As a filmmaker and photographer I've used plenty of rental houses in the past, but none come close to Hire A Camera in terms of service. I contacted the team with a particularly tricky brief, but Ellen, Mary, Sam and the whole team were able to take care of every query I could throw their way. When you're working with tight deadlines and lots of different variables, the peace of mind the team gave me was invaluable and paved the way for a really successful shoot. I'd book with them again in a heartbeat!
