Great company. Great communication. 11/10 - would use again.
They have a massive range of Fuji kit to hire and it helps when deciding on a massive purchase.
Delivery to my local London Camera Exchange made it infinitely easier to get the kit.
Communication with the company was great and it was really easy to set up an account.
Unfortunately, I was not able to use the lens completely to plan as a storm made all local sports pitches water logged and unplayable. But I can't blame them for that...

Smooth and easy process
So, I usually use hire a camera at work but this time it was for myself. And as always it was a smooth, easy process. The lady made sure everything was correct and the lens was right for my camera. Everything came on time and in fantastic condition. They even give you everything to post it back. Always a lovely experience.

Perfect, seamless and brilliant.
I hired the Canon EOS R6 Mark II a few months ago, it was a joy to use over the week I had it. The booking process was seamless, as was picking it up from Mayfield. Overall really happy with my experience.

Great experience with hire a camera
Great experience with hire a camera, spoke to Sam and Mary who were very helpful. Easy process. There was an problem with the lens I wanted, it was returned/ delivered to them just before I booked it with focusing issues but I was quickly offered alternatives that were more expensive, at no extra cost!

Incredibly helpful and supportive in the lead up to the hire. They made sure that the kit was going to be with us in time and that we weren't going to have any problems if the courier had problems. Overall process was pretty straightforward, even with being first-time hirers. Kit was in very good condition. Overall very happy. They got us out of a jam when we scored a bigger gig than we expected. Very happy.

Loveliest lens hire company I’ve used to date- really friendly customer service and they went above and beyond to accommodate changes to shoot plans and ensured I could get the lens back to them in a way that worked with the changes. Highly recommend and will definitely be using again.

I honestly can't recommend this company enough. I regularly use their services to hire lenses for various shoots throughout the UK and their service is impeccable. Due to the nature of some of my shoots being heavily weather dependent, unfortunately I'm subject to last minute alterations which they accommodate every single time. Everything goes to plan, the equipment is supplied well packaged with all the return requirements in the original package so they make everything super simple for you.
I also appreciate the courtesy call once an order is placed to ensure that everything is as intended.
Amazing work guys - I really appreciate it and will continue to be a customer and recommend you to all!
