First experience
I was told about this company in a camera shop when I wanted to hire a lens. Everything went very smooth from receiving the lens and returning. With 27£ courier service I expected at least a delivery slot but they helped me with delivering to my office and drop-off myself when returning.

Extremely friendly staff who was very helpful. Excellent communication, explained everything clearly and responded to all my questions with patience. Great service and simple to arrange
They arranged a camera for me in under 24 hours as a new customer. Due to the short notice I wasn’t able to complete the order online so I called and was brilliantly supported by Mary who explained everything and made the process very easy. Excellent service. Great range of cameras - i wanted a bridge camera for a few days to compare with similar spec mirrorless. It arrived a day early, thanks to ParcelForce so I had an extra day to get used to it. It arrived in a well padded case with all the relavent parts. Collection by ParcelForce was dealt with very efficiently.
