Amy was such a pleasure to work with. She advised me on which stones would work best and turned an idea I had into beautiful design. The ring is stunning and I loved being able to have a special ring created to celebrate my family.

I really wanted my now wife's engagement/wedding ring to be different from the norm.
Harriet Kelsall delivered just that and I couldn't be more pleased with the results.
I was really impressed with the service I received. From the initial online meeting with them to discuss my requirements, to the delivered product I couldn't have been happier.
I was asked for an initial budget and was extremely pleased that they delivered exactly what I wanted within that budget.
I was kept fully informed all the way along they even managed to finish the ring in time for Christmas day when I proposed to my wife.
I managed to get the initial size wrong but they said they would resize it once for free as part of their service. Amazing customer service.

A very happy couple - for 40 years!
Working with Amy Vinn was a great experience. I am not artistic and it was a case of having a vague idea of what I wanted that I had to explain to Amy who then breathed life into my ramblings! After that she kept me informed of progress and checked at every stage that I was happy with what she and the goldsmith were producing. The result was in the response of my wife on our 40th wedding anniversary. She was delighted and took the time to go and thank Amy personally for all her work.

Emily designed a beautiful redesign of my great grandmothers ring. The team were very patient with me during the design of the ring. We found an amazing solution; put the diamonds in a modern ring that I will wear everyday, and melt down the old gold to recreate the ring with other gems for my daughter

A treasured heirloom!
I spoke with Alice Rochester on a phone call after I’d made an enquiry on their website- she got back to me promptly and we began discussing designs for a pendant to mark the birth of my daughter.
We spoke about different options and Alice came back with some initial designs which were thoughtful and even included some additional designs in the same vein we spoke about. We settled on a design and Alice gave me some rough estimates for when the pendant would be ready - I enjoyed working with Alice and would recommend her!
Alice was very transparent on costs and on the breakdown of the work involved. I was told that Chung Shan would be working on my pendant and I can say that he has done incredible work and the craftsmanship is beautiful. I was very lucky to have him work on it!
My pendant was completed within the timeframe given and it looks honestly stunning and I am so happy with it! It will be a treasured heirloom to one day pass on down to my daughter.
I would like to say thank you to all the team at Harriet Kelsall - in particular to Alice, Chung and Dalia for their work!

A very nice experience meeting Emily…
A very nice experience meeting Emily and talking over the possibilities of redesigning my ring. We had a lot of discussions online before meeting in person, which suited me well as I don't live close by. She was very patient when I visited, and took time to refine and rework the design until I was happy with it. I'm thrilled with the result and happy that something that's been sitting in a drawer for years now has a sparkly new lease of life.

Very creative, supportive and wonderful to work with.
I had the pleasure of working with designer Emily at HK who designed a beautiful bespoke engagement ring.
My partner absolutely loved it and throughout the entire 8 month development process Emily & the team were incredibly supportive.
They were happy to make even the slightest adjustments and did not think twice to respond to any of my queries, not matter how minor. Emily's design changes were prompt and meticulously drawn out, with many iterations that had brilliant detail.
Even after the ring was made they were very accommodating in having us come to the shop to visually inspect the ring fitting and ensure whether or not they believed that it needs resizing.
Highly recommend!

Great experience, I had an idea of what I wanted and Alec was able to take me through the whole process of design, quotation and creating the perfect ring. Something old to something new
Having had my antique but badly damaged engagement ring reimagined, I decided to have my now too tight wedding ring remade to fit snuggly with it. Alec spent a long time helping me look at the various options and designs. His beautiful design drawings helped me visualise the finished product very well, and I am delighted with the results. I would highly recommend Alec as a designer and Harriet Kelsall as a jewellers.

A sensitive and personal design process
Designing a bespoke dress ring using stones from my Mother's engagement ring and my engagement ring has been a personal and emotional task. Alec in the Cambridge shop proved a sensitive guide, listening to my ideas and drawing them into a beautiful design which the skilled team at the Hertfordshire workshop then turned into a stunning reality. I was kept in the loop during the process and the final ring was ready for the date requested so that I could wear it on my Dad's birthday in memory of him. It is a beautiful tribute to my late parents which I will wear every day with love.

Redesign of inherited rings
I have just picked up two rings, beautifully redesigned from four inherited rings, by Alice from Harriet Kelsall. The experience was an utter treat, from the design process to receiving copies of the designs, CAD images and updates on how the rings were progressing. I am delighted with them, the craftsmanship is exquisite, and I can't stop looking at them!!

My sister and I had decided to recycle…
My sister and I had decided to recycle our inherited mother’s jewellery by redesigning it all into two rings. We met with Abigail Farquhar at Cambridge and after spending a lot of time discussing with us what might be possible she came up with two different designs for two separate rings for each of us. We were kept updated by Abigail and when the time came to collect them we were over the moon with the quality of workmanship and how the designs had come to life.
