I got it when they said I would so timing was fine, people who handed me my order were very nice as I ordered deliver it in store.

Went in for advice and help
Went in for advice and help, looking for a film from the High Wycombe store. Staff couldn't have been more helpful. This is why stores are much better than Amazon or online streaming, local knowledge and friendly chat from true fans, nerds and geeks. They had what i needed and it was cheaper than online and no waiting for delivery. Thanks Team.

HMV is a lovely shopping experience. Easy online ordering. Pick up in store with lovely people who are just normal, friendly, helpful folk. On the same day, I’d had a very opposite experience at another retail chain and HMV confirmed my faith in humanity. Keep doing what you do.

I ordered a Lewis Capaldi EP on…
I ordered a Lewis Capaldi EP on Wednesday 12 November from your High Wycombe shop,and paid cash for it. I was told by a member of your staff it would be in on Friday 14th. When I went to pick it up on Monday 17th, although the shop had received 24 in the store mine wasn’t there. I asked if I could have one off the shelf but was told I’d have to pay again and they would phone head office to get me a refund for the one I’d ordered. I haven’t heard anything from the head office or the shop. Neither have I been contacted to tell me my ordered cd had arrived. I’m am not happy as I’m £6.99 out of pocket and I’m a pensioner. I couldn’t understand why they couldn’t have just given me one off the shelf and the kept the ordered one. I’d paid cash so they’d had the money.

PRE ORDERS ALWAYS ON TIME
HMV are always a pleasure to shop with, be it online or in store.
In store staff are friendly, knowledgeable & basically always want to help.
Online, I have always had pre orders delivered on day of release & always informed of any delays (ie: if the blu ray label itself delays a title), so would definitely recommend both to any customers who have yet to shop with hmv.

HMV had what I wanted (etc, etc)
HMV had what I wanted, it was easy to order, was ready for collection within a few days, click and collect works well for me and it’s free and, for me, can be better than having things delivered.

Brilliant customer service
We had a lovely customer salesman who helped us in store with ordering the record. We will definitely use the service again if the store does not have the item in stock. Service was friendly and the email came in a few days later to confirm we could go and collect our item in store. The same salesman was there and remmebered us coming in to the store.
