Friendly staff in Liverpool
I placed a pre-order online and opted to collect it from the HMV store in Liverpool. Throughout the process, communication via email was clear and positive. The item arrived at the store exactly on the date promised. When I went to collect my parcel, the staff were friendly, helpful, and ensured I had everything I needed.

Liverpool staff amazing
Experience with HMV in the store was amazing. In the Liverpool store the staff member who helped us was amazing. I would of given a 5 star review but prices in hmv are very overpriced
