Staff member checked shelves to ensure I hadn't missed my reqired purchase checked stock "ok I'll order one do you want to have it delivered or collect " my preference notified when ready for collection.

Good experience with click and collect transaction
Easy to pick up c&c item . Colleague who helped me (Jay) remembered me from a previous transaction; and I am fairly nondescript...Good price for my CD, and unlike some other retailers, c&c was foc.

I got the Macross Plus Movie Edition Blu-ray after pre-ordering it a couple of weeks ago, their service gets 5 out of 5 stars & they’re doing well on selling DVDs, Blu-rays, Funko POP Vinyl figures, CDs, Vinyl discs & other collectible items that they sell every day
