HMV are always our go to for vinyl
HMV are always our go to for vinyl. The store is very well stocked and the staff very knowledgeable and helpful. Online experience is very good. The website is well designed and easy to use. Delivery is on time and very well packaged. The fact that they use Royal Mail is perfect for us, as couriers cannot find our house.

Kind lady staff member in Truro
The young lady who ordered my CD was so kind, great customer service. A lovely shopping experience. I don't know her name but she certainly goes above and beyond in customer care. A credit to HMV

The album was ordered to be collected from store. The vinyl was fine but album sleeve is damaged, better packing needed.

So I ordered from HMV it pick from the…
So I ordered from HMV web site and pick it up from the shop as I did not know how big the parcel would be and would not be home.I go to the pay point at the shop and asked for it and was given it straight away so that was nice and quick. I go to HMV shop most Sundays to look around and do buy a DVD film .The staff are very helpful and quick in finding things in the shop that I can't find, and the shop is always very clean.

Album order
The staff were very helpful the two times I have visited the shop in Truro. The first time I asked if they had a record in on vynil they had not but were happy to order it and have it delivered to my house. The second time they were quick at serving me and were very friendly and helpful.
