Good Service
The whole delivery system was well done. I got updated regularly from 1) Order, 2) Despatch and 3) Arrival. Very disappointed bought a deddy bear u send me a used one dirty no tags bag ripped I email u and u tell me u can't send replacement I have to take it bk to hmv so had to take morning of to sort out a problem that should never happen do they compansat no they dnt

As discussed in our email correspondences, regretfully we are unable to re-dispatch or replace orders, apologies for any inconvenience. We advised you to either return this for a refund so that you may choose to re-order, or exchange it in a hmv/FOPP store for the same item or a different one. We hope that this has now been resolved.
