Possibly dodgy website
Ordered a hockey stick and my account was charged immediately. Then got a text offering me an entirely unsuitable replacement. No other goalie stick was apparently available and so I requested a refund. This wasn't even initiated for 8 days. I rarely use the card I used for the transaction and I have now started getting fraudulent activity which I find extremely suspicious.

We have received your review via Trustpilot but were unable to associate "Jules R-S" to an order on our system and you have not provided an order number within your review. We have contacted you using the Trustpilot “Find Reviewer” function to obtain some more information from yourself but we are yet to receive a response.
If we have indeed fallen short of our own extremely high customer satisfaction targets, we would like the chance to investigate what went wrong, sincerely apologise, do our best to resolve the issue and ensure we are constantly improving our service. Are you able to provide your order number and any other information about your order so we can investigate this further?
Having just completed our end of year stock take, we know we are carrying in excess of £1 Million worth of stock. Whilst it is plausible that we could be temporarily out of stock of a particular model of stick whilst we wait for our next stock replenishment delivery, it would not be conceivable that we had no other goalie sticks available, as you have suggested in your review.
Furthermore, I am sorry to hear that you have had issues with fraudulent activity on your card. However, we would like to reassure you that we are fully PCIDSS compliant and we stringently follow all PCI DSS guidelines for card payment processing.
We use a "Hosted Payment Page" (HPP) card processing system on our website meaning that customers are redirected from our website when they place an order, and the customer enters their card details on a secure payment page that is hosted by our card payment gateway provider, Global Payments.
To elaborate, this means we have absolutely no access to your sensitive card data and it is therefore not feasible that anything untoward could have happened to your card data directly as a result of using or making a purchase on our website.
Global Payments are one of the largest and most secure payment gateway providers in the world. Therefore, if you can provide us with any more information, and you are happy for us to pass any information on, we will report this to Global Payments via our account manager and their global fraud team, for them to investigate further.

Terrible!
I ordered an Osaka black label bag - when it arrived it didn't fit my sticks as it was 10cm shorter than advertised!
I returned in exchange for the Osaka SP custom bag - when that arrived it was the same as the Black label bag - 10cm shorter than the specifications on the Hockey factory shops website.
They have still not changed the specification on their website!
Buyers beware!!!
