The hockey stick we ordered was unfortunately not in stock but they phoned us and offered to upgrade our order. The hockey stick arrived promptly and was also well packaged. Very happy with the service and would definitely use again.

They did not have the exact product I ordered in stock. I immediately received a text to notify me of this and on the text they suggested similar products. I was able to chose another product and it did not delay delivery time. Excellent service.

Best Retailer for Field Hockey Equipment
Excellent prices for all field hockey equipment, and great customer service.
Most recently I ordered a pair of astros in size 11.5 - I was informed almost immediately that there was a stock issue and given two alternative options which resolved this problem within a few hours of the initial order.

I apologise we didn't have your original shoes in stock at the time you placed your order. On occasion our stock forecasting can be slightly off, particularly on items which have proved even more popular than we anticipated. As always, we do everything we can to advise of the expected delivery date of an out of stock item and also offer the most suitable alternatives as quickly as we can.
We are very pleased to hear we managed to resolve this problem quickly and efficiently and we thank you for your custom!

I was really happy with the service from Hockey Factory Shop, the kit was great and it arrived in good time as advised.
The only reason it was not 5 Stars is that I had to return one hockey stick due to size and the return postage was very high due to the shape of the hockey stick, which I had to pay, I would prefer Hockey Factory Shop leveraged their postage volumes and help customers with returns by at least giving us a cheaper return cost by subsidising that cost or making it free. I appreciate that this cost could make the cost of goods more expensive.
