Displayed apartment not what given
The apartment building shown on the website was not the one given on arrival. The first apartment was cold, damp and smelly. Asked to be moved took one day then better standard but still not in block with balcony overlooking the pool . People above extremely noisy from 6am in the morning and in the evening as a lot of people in the blocks served to be living there . Was as if they were moving house each day while discussing it very loudly . Hard to get asleep at night and then woken up early each day . Very disappointed that apartment shown is not what one received.

No hotel reservation on arrival at hotel.
Arrived at the hotel and there was no reservation even though I had paid in full for flights and accommodation and I had the travel documentation detailing the hotel booking.
Not happy with this shoddy service from Aer Lingus holidays.

easy to search and see options
Easy to search and see options. better value than flight + hotel booked separately. Good range of hotels to choose from. Confirmation and detail of itinerary came immediately. I could choose how much to pay as a deposit which is helpful. Further payments to be made later were clear. Would have liked more detail on the areas in which hotels are located as I haven’t been to the area before (Malta)… I had to google this in parallel before choosing.
