My experience with Holy Stone has been nothing but positive. I have purchased multiple drones from them and have had very few issues. In the rare instances where I have had issues, support has been quick to provide guidance and even a replacement when required. Their prices are fair and support is top-notch!

Replacement controller arrived really quick. Note to self -- remove batteries before you stoe your drone. Set right up, with no problems. Back to droning with my buddy, locally. Thanks Again !

Ich bin mit diesem Kauf sehr unzufrieden. Mir wurde ein falsches Teil geliefert bzw. ich habe das falsche Teil bestellt und möchte es zurückgeben. Für die Rücksendung wurden mir jedoch 8 Euro berechnet, was ich nicht akzeptabel finde.

Nach EU-Recht habe ich das Recht, die Ware innerhalb von 14 Tagen ohne Angabe von Gründen zurückzugeben. Daher erwarte ich eine kostenlose Rückgabe oder zumindest eine angemessene Lösung.

Außerdem ist das tatsächlich benötigte Teil (Untergehäuse / Lower Shell) in Ihrem Shop überhaupt nicht verfügbar, was die Situation zusätzlich erschwert.

Ich bitte um eine schnelle Klärung und eine faire Lösung.

I ordered a new motor from holy stone direct after the motor on my drone broke, the motor arrived before it was due and installation was fairly straight forward due to the official tutorial on YouTube

I had trouble after 3 5 foot high tries with my new drone, the camera at first worked, after slight hard landing, the camera no longer worked. Holystone worked with me, asked me to try several things to get it to work to no avail and is sending a replacement drone. Also the controller of said drone did not hold a battery charge for long, so HolyStone sent a new controller. i feel they went above and beyond in customer service

I have a few holy stone drones and have tried most of their flag ship drones I currently have the hs900 and the hs900pro two very good drones the pro has a better camera but the original 900 also isn't too shabby I find holy stone drones to be pretty stable have never had really any fly aways with any of mine. All around holy stone is a really good company, and they are for the consumer they have helpd me out souch I am friends with them you don't find that person a connection with most companies great customer service and very nice people too. It's a really good company and really good drones. I won't fly any other brand I'm loyal to them I highly recommend holy stone drones. Budget friendly and stable. Good products.

Holystone 175 G drone. After studying the Amazon and YouTube reviews on this drone, (but not Trustpilot unfortunately) I bought one of these drones off Amazon at approximately £200. At first, flawless performance, very good. Then after a few months the picture/video quality wasn't as good. After a winter layoff I COULD NOT get the drone to connect via my android phone. To be fair the Holystone help desk were very quick to respond and very friendly, but all the advice they gave I'd done already, after going around in circles for 5 days, I threatened them with a trip to my C.A.B. and a report to Amazon. Again to be fair they sent me a replacement very quickly. It took ne two minutes to discover the same- won't work on Android but strangley it does on iPhone (!?). I managed to get an iPhone 8 abd it now works .....apart from no pictures just video plus I keep getting messages saying "memory card 90% full" all the time, when the card has been emptied. There must be something wrong with the app? The firmware? Yes, good prompt customer service BUT Sorry I can't recommend this drone at all.

Nachdem die Drohne bisher immer gut funktioniert hat, wollte ich sie mal wieder fliegen lassen. Leider war es so. das sich der Akku nicht mehr aus der Drohne entnehmen lies. Anscheinend sind die Zellen so aufgequollen, das der Akku nicht mehr aus der Drohe herausnehmbar ist. Vom Support kam auch keine Rückmeldung. Was mach ich jetzt? Diese Firma wird es beim nächsten Drohnenkauf nicht mehr.

I would give zero stars if I could . Purchased the hs720g drone from Amazon , and after a handful of flights drone refuses to turn on . All battery lights light up but no response from the drone.
Contacted holystone and they have said it is a internal fault and cannot be repaired and only offer a discount to by a new drone from them , but refuse to send a replacement as they say it is out of the 30day warranty.
Under the consumer act 20015 you have rights for up to 6yrs if product proven to be faulty at time of purchase .
Don’t waste your money and buy a Dji .

I have contacted Holystone by email and they never give me a straight answer to any questions, always tell me the battery has this and that model and rating but never actually tell me if it works for my drone. Very unhelpful. I have bought batteries from Holystone for my drone and apparently these are very delicate and charging must be done carefully. So I asked Holystone if they have a charger or can recommend a charger for the batteries, they came back saying they don't have a charger. I mean why sell a product you don't even have a charger for??? Ridiculous. They couldn't even recommend me chargers. Basically their service and help (or lack of) was a complete waste of time.

So I got this drone for my birthday and when I opened it and turned it on the thing took off before I could turn on the remote. I talked to customer service and they said I have to get a order number from my Dad but he died so they won't replace it. Pretty crappy I think. They kept asking me to send all kinds of pictures and I did then they said they would give me a discount on a drone. Crappy people.

My only complaint is there is room for improvement on the manual. It's good, just not great. The app is pretty very nice. My HS175d exceeded my expectations. I have used the Return Home feature at least 6 times, and it has never failed. Twice was a test, once I flew outside of transmitter range, twice the battery was low and once I lost sight of the drone. The HS175 has always landed within 10 foot of the take off point. Thats nothing to brag about but good enough. Setting GPS home and compass calibration are critical but easy if you follow the directions. The camera has far better resolution than I expected but any wind shakes this light of a quad. I emailed HS support twice and the reply was prompt and helpful. I just bought another HS and plan on gifting my old one to a friend. Others mentioned DJI just remember the are the like Apple. Good products but you pay and play by their rules.

I bought the holy stone hs100g a few years ago now and it still works brilliantly! I’ve never had any problems flying it as it’s easy to connect and easy to use. It has a decent camera which is also movable via the controller or phone

3ten Akku gekauft.. alle laden stundenlang und haben jeweils max 3 Minuten Flugzeit (inkl. RTH) und werden per RTH Funktion zurückgeholt. Finger weg

Purchased a new 2 battery hs 720g took everything out went to charge the batteries an 1 wouldn't even charge. Tried contacting holystone and they sent a automated message on how to charge the batteries. I have several drones an know how to charge the batteries on them. The battery is clearly defective and doesn't work. I have Still not heard anything back from them that's pretty poor customer service imo for a new out of the box item.

Had a 730e a couple of years ago, and like other reviewers it did not respond to Return Home and I lost it.
Thinking it was my fault I later bought a 730g in December 2023. After a few tentative flights and RH tests I grew more confident in my ability to fly and bought a spare Battery from Amazon (£79!!)
After around 20-30 flights one of the batteries expanded and would not fit in the drone. I was advised to dispose of the Battery at the local recycling center. The remaining battery now loses charge rapidly giving less than 5 minutes flight.
Researching online I found similar warnings of battery life.
Contact with HS informed me that batteries only have a 30 day warranty!!

After flying a Holy Stone HS720 For a couple of months I decided to sell it and purchase the Holy Stone HS720R. I went ahead and purchased it on a well known auction site . Anyway after about the 3rd flight it just went haywire , remote totally lost control and it wouldn't respond to RTH so down it went ,dived head first into our local forrest never to be seen again . Outside of the 30 day warranty as just over 9 weeks old and I didn't purchase the accident insurance. that's simply it🤷‍♂️ In my opinion the HS720R is a rubbish product not fit for purpose with obvious known issues I just wish I'd stuck with my used 720.. My advice don't buy unless you have deep pockets.
