I was served by Daisy at Folkestone Homebase today, she was very helpful and knowledgeable about the store and its products. Nice to be served by a happy face first thing on a Sunday morning.

It was easy to use and easy to collect it was quick and efficent and the lady who helped us was very polite and happy and helped us to the car and load our bits, folkestone park farm store has always given a good service we have no complaints at all and if you ask a question that that person carnt help you with they will find someone who can.

I chose click and collect for my purchase, I decided to have a look around the store when I got there before picking up my order. Of course I saw something else I wanted. At the collection point my original order was ready and I paid for the other item at the same counter. Overall a great service

Sold as in stock only to be told after they had taken the money that they didn't have it and I would have to wait.

Reece at Folkestone Kent, did a fantastic job of planning a kitchen for me. He listened to my requirements and planned exactly what I wanted. Easy pickup at designated point. However for normal shop purchases there are never enough tills in operation due to staff unavailability.

Returned 2 items as they were (according to staff) terrible quality.Have only been refunded for 1- now will have to travel back to store to get the rest of refund. This is the second complaint in a month

I was looking for a specific sized paint just touch up a ans improve a few areas around the house as we are selling
I must have looked a bit lost as a really pleasant young lady came over and asked if she could help
I explained and she took me round showing me all dark and black paint options and types and sizes
She then showed me the heritage range of paint where she had been working and it was just perfect
She was so super helpful and I got the exact product that I needed
