When shopping in store today I was approached by one of your staff(Kash)who noticed I was struggling pushing heavy compost and other items.
He said he could help me by taking my trolley to the till and then he would pack my car.
Lovely man, thank you for your kindness.

Quick and easy to do click and collect order

The wrong item was picked by staff, I asked to change it, it was the exact same item, but a different colour,(even though the original item was not what I had ordered,) I was asked to pay more (even though it was their fault) for the item, I said no and canceled my order, now waiting for the refund, shame really as they lost a sale, and you wonder why people do internet shopping.

I would like to say that the staff at this store are excellent. I have just started using this Homebase and Ben gave me brilliant advice on paint. In addition when I had a query the Manager sorted it, no quibbles.

I will be back...this is my " Go-to Homebase" now.

Absolutely lovely staff at Arnold. It’s the first time I’ve used the store. But the lady and man who served me were so helpful and kind. I had a large click and collect order. I’m registered disabled and they never let me lift a finger. I’m normally at BnQ but the customer service there is awful. Needless to say I won’t be using them anymore. The customer service was amazing at Homebase Arnold. I don’t know lady’s name who helped me but a massive asset to the company and store. I’ll definitely be using this store in future
