Angie was great, wonderful smile when you arrived at check out. I hadn’t taken a basket so was carrying a precarious load, immediately she saw me she asked if I would like a trolley and went and got it for me, and her bright friendly manner made such a difference to my shopping experience. Great service
We went in store to find a new bathroom tap, we saw one we liked but however there wasn’t anyone around to order it with as you are supposed to tell someone who then puts it behind the till for you so we took a note of the product number and went to the customer order desk. There we were served by Angie who was very helpful and friendly, she went out of her way to find it in their warehouse and came back with it for us, very happy with the service we received today.

Great design and great designer!
Our Kitchen Designer, Nechelle Walker, was so helpful, listened to our requirements and went out of her way to find us the kitchen and appliances that we needed.
The design was great and she accommodated each change and new idea with patience and added suggestions to help us get the kitchen that we wanted.
