Homebase - Rayleigh Weir Reviews 

I visited the Homebase Raleigh Weir store yesterday looking for a retro lampshade and found just what I was looking for, plus a few other items. The assistant who served me (Kimbo) was very personable and helpful, especially when she mentioned that the store had matching cushions to the shade. Needless to say another few items were bought, and at sale prices: another bonus! Kimbo fetched a trolley and loaded all my purchases for me! Rarely do you have such great customer service that I felt i had to record a very positive trip to this store.

Ordered at 20.00 the night previous. Woke up to a text saying ready to collect! Simple just how life should be ☺️

I brought in a paint sample from the previous l owners of my property that they had left behind. I wanted to match it. I had forgotten to paint into onto paper.
Pat found some paper, painted a sample and then took it to the ladies hand driers to dry it so they I could get it matched there and then.

Angie was extremely helpful. She ask if needed anything else to complete my diy job. It was a totally enjoyable visit to your store.

It was a good experience the lady on the click and collect desk was very pleasant and efficient. Whilst in store picked up some carpet adhesive and the lady let me pay for it at the collection desk.

Mark at Homebase Rayleigh Weir was incredibly helpful, sourcing garden pots as the in-store pots were chipped. He hunted them down and ensured they were ready and in store for when we needed them. Great service, thanks.

I damaged a kitchen door on my fairly new kitchen. totally my fault as I was clumsy with a very sharp knife. Contacted the store and the wonderful Ian got me a replacement door within days.

amazing customer service considering the kitchen is 6 months old and Homebase have fulfilled their obligations to me but Ian looked up the details, double checked which door was needed and got it ordered

Poor response from the sink manufacturer on our composite sink less than a year old

Helpful, friendly and professional service on click and collect desk at the Raleigh Weir branch, I was in the store, and out again in less than two minutes, with my purchase.

David and Mark went above and beyond to help me match up the paint I bought there last year. I needed it to patching up so that I do not have to repaint the whole walls again. So I very much appreciate their help today.
I also recall how friendly and helpful the person was who originally sold me the paint. It's always easy to remember really nice people and that is what they are.

I ordered two clamps exactly the same one when I got home the handle was completely missing which I realised when I got home to now need to go back to store to exchange I’ve looked at my invoice as ordered online for click and collect and hardly any information regarding returning faulty items as ideally would like to have got replacement sent out save me having to go back to store again

Easy and pain free
