Can I pass on my thanks to Liam and Homesure for dealing with a difficult change of tenancy. Liam went above and beyond on many occasions assessing damage, arranging contractors and was very professional in his dealings with the tenants and myself who owns the property. Homesure had managed a property of mine for a number of years - without any issue. I was extremely pleased.
