I got the T4A, I don't really like it. It breaks alot, and it sucks the range. The good thing is when it brakes honeywhale sends out parts straight away. I think my scooter is just a scooter issue, not a brand issue. My friend has the E9MaxN and its lasted him great.

I purchased the honey whale e9 max last September since then had multiple issues mainly with the tires replaced them with tubeless tires and still have the issue of rear tire deflating

When it comes to communication honeywhale is bad. Does honeywhale understand NOT all customers enjoy talking to bots???? Be extremely HELPFUL if a human could talk. I have a simple issue and your process is at time lost. NOT EFFECTIVE

Dont buy from them I done 600kms and the tyre rolled off the rim they made me buy a new tyre and chipped my rim repairing it damaged the rubber pad and just shocking to deal with nobody awnsers the phone the website says they open when the shops closed everytime iv been in there customers ate returning there scooters with issues

Don't buy an E9 Max Scooter, or for that matter, any other Honey Whale scooter. The poor workmanship, and constant mechanical problems has caused me no end of grief and expense, not to mention all the time spent trying to repair the bloody thing!

I would not recommend the honey whale e-scooters they are rubbish. We got the H3 model and have had nothing but problems since day 1.

It's advertised as an off road e-scooter but it can't handle gravel, or grass or a footpath with a small Crack in it. Punctured 3 tires. On stones. Constant error codes. It's not easy to fix. 10000 screws to find the battery component for a reset. We couldn't get that far. $90 for a tire change. Because ir can't be done at home.

Absolutely do not waste your money

I bought an escooter with explosion proof tires. Was surprised when I had a puncture about a month ago. To take off either wheel, it is bolted so tight to the point that the tool that unscrews the screws for the backwheel has broken.

Before any of this happened, found customer service to be practically non existent, until I asked for a refund through afterpay. I have spent close to $100 on wrenches and lubricants, but still can't get the front wheel off.

Suggestions: Don't bolt it so tight, proper customer service and have tires that don't get punctures.

I have a US-1 e-bike that will not charge and I have not been able to figure out if it's the charging system in the bike or the charger. I have also tried to contact you so many times with no response that I have no idea where to get the problem fixed. I now have a useless US1 motor e-bike sitting in my in my hallway.

Bought my bike on line. Talked to the company prior, good advice and support unfortunately my bike arrived with a faulty part, awaiting a replacement, will upgrade my experience to 5 stars when the matter is sorted.
