Good hosting Site with good online chat support

I don't know about all these other reviewers but I'm a real victim of this absolutely garbage host. I signed up for a 36 month plan and after 4 months my site quit working. Support was useless and then told me that everything was lost and that there were no backups of the site or data. Now they are telling me that I will not be getting a refund either. If you want to lose your site and your money then go with Host Poco. I would steer clear and pay a little extra for a decent well known host. I had to learn the hard way that their 99.9% uptime was total BS.

avoid - network and email blocked for spamming.

This company requires people to write 5 star reviews in return for basic accounts. I had a paid account and after 6 months this I could not email customers due to black listing through spamming. Reported to admin who said I needed to buy dedicated IP to resolve the issue!

As a shared IP your emails and web site will be associated with the spammers, do you want that?

This company is illegally forcing people to write good reviews in order to get refunds for their terrible service. That’s ... extortion.

Good Company fast service but it wasn't good for my budget sorry to have to go, but good company though.

My dad and I enrolled for the full trial packages on May 3rd then we cancelled all on next day since we did not happy with their services and until now they have not refund the money to us. We already contacted them three times. Stay away from them!

Pésimo servicio, no responden a los mensajes o se tardan demasiado. Suspenden las cuentas sin razón válida. NO recomiendo

I used their service for about 1 month, then they suspended my account without any notification. My files are gone now and I don't have any access to the account anymore.
The support is silent after I asked for a refund. I tried to contact them by ticket and mail for over 1 month now without any answer. I contacted my local police department according to what happen but they said it's hard to get the money back because the company is complacently fake and located somewhere in India.

For everyone else please stay away from this company.
