I saw an offer over LET talking about 50% OFF forever for VPS and ordered it, but in the 2nd month, they did not provide me the discount, and their customer service told me this was only for the 1st month only .. how come?!

I got a VPS from this company and not working and there chat not resolve anything and closed the chat on my face this is so bad

I bought it last year during the promotion for only $5.99 a year (1vCore of EPYC 9534 and 1G RAM), and it has been perfect ever since. The service never went offline, always stable and responsive. CPU and IO performance stayed consistently strong. For such a low price, it’s truly an incredible value—absolutely worth it!

I have two Hostsailor VPS, located in AMS and LAX. They offer reasonable total bandwidth and high-speed connection capabilities.(up to 10Gbps)
I also appreciate the rich functionality of the Control panel, which provides full access to KVM settings—even network driver selection. It's well-suited for professional users.

I am using their hosting from almost 2 years. I like their support and services.

Great pricing, the technical support team responds to tickets promptly. I love my Commodore KVM and will renew in Dec.

I use a small VPS with Hostsailor for about a year. I realize all the limitations of a small and inexpensive VPS, so I don't have unreasonable expectations and do not try to do heavy things with my vps. My plan's capabilities are sufficient for my needs (programming, scripting, simple web, several web apps). The provider's console works, and my vps is accessible by http and ssh. What's I miss? The only thing that would be nice is the ability to save and load a virtual machine image.

Good cost/preformance ratio.
My Lieutenant KVM is exceptionally stable, with continuous operation lasting nearly a year. The nvme is super fast ( > 20Gbps fio) .
The network has been upgraded to 10Gbps.
Customer service is highly professional and responsive.
P.S. It would be even better if backup storage blocks could be provided.

i use HostSailor for 4+ now, they are great stable. verry good uptime. i had some ddos problems in the past and they solve it. i do recommend them.

I ordered the "Sailor KVM NVMe" package for $8.99 USD, but never got the service. I went for the crypto payment method and had to send a little bit more than $8.99USD, due to minimum withdrawl requirements of my Crypto Wallet (which I was fine with). Now we are over 2 weeks in, since I paid and still don't have the VPS! I send them prove that I paid for it but they can't help me!

Poor service! Wouldn't recommend this company for your VPS. Imagine havings trouble every month, when it gets down to the payment.

This is the worst service I have ever experienced. I paid my money to rent a VPS server so that I could use the server to upload my personal work files and photos, but I was surprised that my photos were deleted from the server without any justification. When I decided to contact technical support, they did not respond.

I purchased a server from HostSailor after seeing their advertisement on LowEndTalk. Unfortunately, what I received didn't match what was advertised - I paid for a year of service but only received one month.
When I contacted support about this discrepancy, they refused to refund to my original payment method and would only offer store credit, despite my purchase being within their advertised 14-day guarantee period.
After opening a PayPal dispute to resolve the issue, HostSailor immediately cancelled my server completely. Now I've lost both my money and the service I paid for. PayPal has been unresponsive to the dispute as well.
Based on my experience, I would recommend caution when considering this provider. They displayed expired promotional offers, charged for services that didn't match their advertising, and their customer support was unhelpful when attempting to resolve these issues.

I have a super cheap VPS and I needed to reach support for custom ISO.

They did it EXTREMLY QUICK! And server performance is really good for what I’m paying.

Recommended if you understand what you are paying for 💪

i ordered my server and they informed me that you will get your server instantly but it,s not happend and waited morethan 2 days till recive my VPS

I'm a happy HostSailor customer since 2019 without any major issues. I have a few small budget VPS with them from their Netherlands location. The VM's usually works rocks solid for me.:) I'm overall satisfied with the provided performance and quality for this price. Their support usually fast, and always was friendly with me. Sometimes they has a really good promotions, offers. Old, reliable provider.. I can recommend Them.

Unable to renew a domain with them.
Paid the invoice but the domain stays expired for several days.
Their support says exactly this:

"The registrar" is Enom, actually.
My support ticket is #AP457761 in case somebody is listening on their side.

Adding one star - my domain is finally renewed. It took 5 days(!), two messages to the support team and this review.
