I was first of all unaware that I was…
I was first of all unaware that I was booking through a 3rd party, but really upset that I asked to clarify the price given my check in time and told after asking twice I would only pay for one night only to get to the hotel and have to pay for another. Thank goodness they had room, but then after confirming I’m still out of another $100. Not happy!!!

Easy Booking; Lack of Confirmation
The booking process was easy; however, I paid for a room that was not actually available. I wasn’t aware until I arrived at the hotel that there were no rooms available at all and that I would need to be refunded.

I attempted to book a hotel stay…
I attempted to book a hotel stay directly with the hotel, and had called hotelplanner instead. They assured me they were an agent of the hotel, so I booked. When I later needed to change my reservation, I was told the hotel did not offer any refund. I spoke with the hotel, and the reason I did not get a refund was simply because I had booked through hotelplanner. I was deceived when I made the reservation, to my detriment. H16571967 and H16571968.

Do not use this company
Do not use this company. I did not realize until I got to the hotel that I was being charged $50 more for the room and triple the taxes including a “recovery fee”. So ended up paying more than $100.00 more than I would have been charged by the actual front desk at the hotel. When I called the hotel the call went straight to this company and they told me the front desk had forwarded it to them because they were too busy to take it which I found out was not true when I got to the hotel and spoke to Orlando at the front desk. I booked 3 rooms for our family group moving from Tennessee to Nebraska and paid on average $100 too much for each one. I am going to dispute this with my credit card company but wanted to put this review on here to hopefully help other people not get scammed the way I feel I was.
Otherwise the hotel is very nice. Our room was large, clean and bed is comfortable. And a big plus is the ample dedicated truck parking which fit our 3 U Hauls very nicely.
