Do not get taken from a page of a hotel that you want to rent a room and be taken over to the scams artists!!
Avoid at all cost anything that has to do with hotel planner and Lexi technologies
Call the hotel directly even watch that make sure you get the front desk. Do not do any forms. Don’t go to their page and be taken off to another page because you will be scammed.
I just paid for a hotel room twice!
Hotel I stay at every year and instead of calling because it was busy I went through the website and I got taken to another page when I realized what had happened I canceled and I called the hotel and made one with them!
There was a sneaky little fee in there called nonrefundable coverage
I never ever get a nonrefundable room ever. It also was a smoking room. I would never add that one either and it was $165. I canceled and expected my refund and I booked through the hotel directly $99 plus tax $107 total
Got no money back from these people I took it through PayPal not once but twice and they said the services were rendered well yeah they were but I paid for them through the hotel. They just took my money.
Make sure you never get taken to another page if it doesn’t have everything to do with the hotel get out of there fast cause all these people wanna do is steal your money.
I’m out $165 and I paid for the room so 275$ for a room in a small town hotel.
Run don’t walk from these people,
They are not here to help you. They are here to scam you.

Complete scam!!!! Was quoted 119/night, by the end of the phone call they had jumped my rate to $220! Said it was because of availability. Then when I got to the hotel, the hotel couldn’t give me my government rate because they said I booked through a 3rd person company!!!! It was all done by an AI

Everything about the process was awful. It’s unclear, there’s no way to cancel easily, difficult to find a confirmation number that works on the hotel’s site (not just this third party), and the fee to book through this site makes up for whatever “deal” you get in the room. Either way, you’re paying the full amount. Save yourself the hassle and book through the hotel’s site/app.

Would give one stars if I could. If you are booking at a hotel call the hotel directly and make sure it is not a third party such as this. Thought I had booked with hotel, even paid extra money for the insurance. The woman at no time said she did not work for the inn. I got sick tried to cancel before check in or modify reservation. I was told no. they dodge your calls even used a wrong email address. They do this because they will make it look like you were just a no call no show. This is a FTC violation. I will be also reporting these people to the Attorney General in my state. Ridiculous!! Buyer beware thousands of complaints about these scammers.

The Comfort inn and Suites is a great place to stay,The staff is incredibly courteous and the rooms were clean and spacious. I would recommend rhis place to stay and we will come back here when we need a place to stay again.

Victor was very pleasant and helpful. He explained everything I needed to know and made my reservation making quick and easy.

If I could give no stars I would. I booked my hotel through hotel planner.com so I could use my voucher. I paid and didn’t see the deduction of my voucher credit so I called and they told me if I wanted to apply I need to book with the agent on the phone. They then told me that although I booked on their site as I should have because the voucher didn’t apply they can’t reverse or apply the credit retroactively. What a crock of shit

I thought i was booking directly with Premiere Inn. Somehow Hotel Panner took over the call. At no stage during the booking process did Hotel Planner make it clear who they are and the room they provided was £65 more than Premiere Inn. When i complained to Premiere Inn they were initially unaware that the booking was with Hotel Planner and then Premiere Inn refused to disclose the booking company involved. I have never heard of Hotel Planner previously. I think they were happy to impersonate Premiere Inn. I have no idea how Hotel Planner took over the call

JAY was very sweet. She was very understanding. I explained to her that my husband died a couple years ago and I really need to get away. And my daughter and her family the Helmstetter’s were there a few years ago and really loved it. I’m very excited. She was very understanding with me and help me make this reservation. Hopefully I’m gonna have a great time and I can book something for August or September

Jolene was absolutely amazing. She got me an early check-in cause we’ve been driving all night. Granted there was nothing she could do on the price even though Priceline gave a lesser amount but because she was so great I booked with her instead she was very knowledgeable and very understanding
