Thorough, patient, considerate and overall very helpful
Addendum: after above, found that I had been charged the full 4 days on my AMEX card immediately. There was also a different" cancelation process" that I was actually lied to about!
The email said I had been offered cancelation protection, which is totally fabricated.
VERY DISAPPOINTED!
