If I could give no stars I would

If I could give no stars I would. I booked my hotel through hotel planner.com so I could use my voucher. I paid and didn’t see the deduction of my voucher credit so I called and they told me if I wanted to apply I need to book with the agent on the phone. They then told me that although I booked on their site as I should have because the voucher didn’t apply they can’t reverse or apply the credit retroactively. What a crock of shit

Your hotel room voucher is applicable towards a single hotel reservation booked on Voucher.hotelplanner.com. You may book a hotel reservation greater than your voucher amount by using your credit card for the remaining balance after the voucher is applied on the checkout page.

You can select any hotel worldwide, for any stay dates that are available to book on Voucher.hotelplanner.com. You can book the rooms yourself on Voucher.hotelplanner.com like you normally would and choose the Voucher option at checkout.

Voucher Terms:

I thought i was booking directly with Premiere Inn

I thought i was booking directly with Premiere Inn. Somehow Hotel Panner took over the call. At no stage during the booking process did Hotel Planner make it clear who they are and the room they provided was £65 more than Premiere Inn. When i complained to Premiere Inn they were initially unaware that the booking was with Hotel Planner and then Premiere Inn refused to disclose the booking company involved. I have never heard of Hotel Planner previously. I think they were happy to impersonate Premiere Inn. I have no idea how Hotel Planner took over the call

JAY was very sweet

JAY was very sweet. She was very understanding. I explained to her that my husband died a couple years ago and I really need to get away. And my daughter and her family the Helmstetter’s were there a few years ago and really loved it. I’m very excited. She was very understanding with me and help me make this reservation. Hopefully I’m gonna have a great time and I can book something for August or September

Jolene was absolutely amazing. She got me an early check-in cause we’ve been driving all night. Granted there was nothing she could do on the price even though Priceline gave a lesser amount but because she was so great I booked with her instead she was very knowledgeable and very understanding

We'd love to help clarify! After taking a closer look at your reservation, we see that it was booked as a pay-at-hotel reservation, so we did not charge your card; the hotel handled the charge. Therefore, since the charge to your card was processed by the hotel, any refunds will need to come directly from them as well. Hidden cancellation policy

The customer servicer rep gave the impression we were dealing with the hotel directly. As she reviewed the reservation She spoke very quickly. Because of that and her accent, we could not understand what she was saying. We asked her to repeat it several times. After making the reservation we realized that the hotel was about 40 minutes away from the intended destination. We called back less than 30 minutes later and canceled the reservation. But was only given a partial refund. I called the company. It took me five tries before I could actually talk to a person, the other four times We were disconnected in the middle of a conversation. Eventually, they promised to get us a full refund.

Awful- Left me stranded

Awful. The AI assistant got my booking date and email wrong and I was left in the situation where I couldn’t get a HUMAN to confirm the reservation while standing at airport 30min prior to shuttle service closing for day. SOOOO stressful and ended up having to book a different hotel. Then it took an inordinate amount of time to get a refund. HORRIBLE

Because your original booking agent screwed up my reservation

Because your original booking agent screwed up and booked me in Mercer, PA instead of LeClaire, IA I was charged a penalty to cancel it and had to book another. Probably not your fault but not planning to stay at Holiday Inn again.

Brandon, who reserved our room for us, was excellent and very accommodating. We also had our small dog with us and he assured us that our dog would be able to be with us in the hotel for a small fee. He was very professional and courteous. Thank You!

Brian was very good. He helped me book a room. Even helped get my a discount for first responder. He was very nice and very helpful and very polite. Thank you I recommend La Quinta Hotel and if you need help, just call they will be more than happy to help with whatever you need.
