No problem booking 2 nights for a…
No problem booking 2 nights for a wedding in Brainard MN, but our plans changed and needed to cancel one night, it was impossible to do, so we will be paying for anight we probably will not use, booking was easy --changing impossible.

Room for June 13
When I called the number, the lady told me that they didn’t service the Holiday Inn express at the address I gave her. I told her that was the number listed on the website. She hung up on me!! Very rude customer service. I called back and got a different lady. She kept looking for availability for tonight when I explicitly said for June 13. She had to start all over to look for room availability when I double checked that it was for June 13. Then I had to pay an exorbitant amount. My daughter got a room there for the same night, which wasn’t nearly that expensive. I will not use Holiday Inn express again.

Would not let me apply my voucher even…
Would not let me apply my voucher even though I book the webesite as instructed to do in the email that was sent when I received the voucher. Spoke to a live person and they told me there is nothing they can do since the reservation was done!!! I said it was made via your website though and they didn’t care and wouldn’t apply my credit they suck after I finally do use my voucher I won’t ever use them again

Total Scam
Total Scam. Made a reservation with a site that looked just like the hotel (Waldorf Astoria) paid $3300 for a pre booked reservation to a site I thought was the hotel (even recommended breakfast options) Called the hotel an hour later and they had NO record of the reservation. Finally figured out it was hotel planner not the actual hotel. Hotel Planner then said they would call the hotel and straighten it out ASAP while I was on hold. They came back after I was on hold for 10min and said they couldn’t reach the hotel (again total BS). They then said I would have to wait 24 to 48 hours before the hotel confirmed the reservation which is total bs in today’s world of electronic reservations. Called the hotel back and they advised it was probably a scam. Asked for a full refund to which Hotel Planned stated I’d have to wait for 2-7 business days for a refund. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. Serious ethical problems.,
