The wrong kind of reservation
The wrong kind of reservation, non-refundable, was made. I did not intend to make this. I told the lady l could not hear well and I have no idea why she would do this. A medical condition has happened to the family so they can not visit me. But under this, I will still have to pay for the hotel rooms. This is not right. Please cancel this reservation.
