we booked a hotel in Hochita Town when…
we booked a hotel in Hochita Town when we arrived 1st room had npt been cleaned ant toilet stopped up with plunger in the toilet. went to office give us another roon.
this room had no electric or a/c working was 91 deg. outside WENT TO HOTEL OFFICE AND IT WAS CLOSED !!!!! contacted hotel planers was told we could not cancel but would at this late date. but offered a 50% return voucher . still waiting for refund!!!!!
DON'T BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY NO CUSTOME SERVICE

Great hotel stay
We were extremely happy with our stay here. They were very accommodating and let us check in early. We really enjoyed the room, free breakfast buffet, and the pool. Doggy loved it too!

Very straightforward
Very straightforward, no personality. Very businesslike. No effort to look up my Hilton rewards to see if I had a free night, standard referred answers to questions regarding transportation from airport, no other selections offered for rooms. Was he AI? I travel frequently & could have booked with a 3rd party but chose to direct book with the hotel instead. Probably could of had a better choice on a online deal

We had a travel ball team that booked through Hotel planner and we selected the option to pay at the hotel. Upon making it to the hotel for check in we discovered the hotel cancelled a few of our rooms and sold them.

Just terrible I asked very specific questions and still received the wrong information once I actually try to check in which costed me almost 200 extra dollars that I’m still trying to get back. then the representative hung up on me when trying to get the issue straight.

I was first of all unaware that I was…
I was first of all unaware that I was booking through a 3rd party, but really upset that I asked to clarify the price given my check in time and told after asking twice I would only pay for one night only to get to the hotel and have to pay for another. Thank goodness they had room, but then after confirming I’m still out of another $100. Not happy!!!
