Am bring bombarded with cold calls daily from India, they then claim they not behind it, well I'm holding them responsible till the calls stop

They were very supportive and got my issues sorted. Good communication too.

I invested $46,000 in this website and all the money vanished. I spent weeks sending them emails but got no replies. until i took the case to my bio picture.

This company used subcontractors who could even read simple English. Very disappointing.

To date I have had very little communication regarding updates to outstanding works that have still not been carried out and is ongoing. My case was taken up by Bamber & Co Solicitors Ltd and I have got no further with the works in my council property. The problems I have had have been ongoing since 2020! To say I’m disappointed is an understatement.

Bombard you with calls, half the time they cut the call without speaking, when they do talk they don't listen. I have never, ever lived in a council house and yet despite repeatedly telling them, they still call.
Let's be honest they're exactly the same as ambulance chasing, no win no fee 'lawyers' - they just want opportunities to exploit people to rinse money out of council providers Avoid

After months & months of sending information over to the solicitors & still outstanding repairs still not fixed, they decided to close my case as the repairs were under a certain amount. All the stress I have been under & still are as my repairs are still ongoing. The whole electrics went down a few weeks ago & nobody came and still hasn't I had to get a electrician in myself to fix it , while for 5vdays I was unable to stay at my property. Absolutely shocking & disgusting to be left like this nobody seems to care.

Didnt help me with anything in regards to my housing association. Nothing or no repairs was done hence why ive now moved house. The amount of money i spent in that house monthly due to the lack of the property and the state it was in was ridiculous. My child was constantly sick cause the house was forever cold. Expected these people to help and they didnt. Not happy

Great follow up. I did not use the service as the issue was sorted out but these guys followed up.

They got Barnes solicitor's to take my case and they took all the stress of dealing with the council of me,they let me know exactly what they where doing and only did what we agreed to or advised me to do,absolutely great team to have on your side.

This team are thorough, they listen to what is important to your individual needs, and get things moving, no complaints at all.

Absolutely a fantastic service from day one.
The solicitor got my landlord to do all the repairs, which resulted in me having a complete brand new bathroom fitted.
The solicitor also got me some compensation.
To any one having issues with their landlord I would 100 percent recommend this company

In all honesty, I didn't even started any legal procedures but simple mention that I am in contact with Housing Disrepair Helpline worked like magic.

Wish I could give 0. The company is a ghetto company full of ghetto immature people. You call them and they act like they have somewhere better to be. They call you 10 times a day. I asked them to give me some time to get back to them and the person said that was fine. Then I get a call the next day again and I explained I asked for some time and I would call them back and the little ghetto girl on the other end was so rude. when I tried to call the company to report her another ghetto girl answered and was laughing with her friends when I tried to make a complaint.
