I filled in the online enquiry form due to Housing Disrepair. I had a call back from an advisor within 5 minutes who took some brief details then I was passed in to Liam. Liam has been very helpful throughout it all, kept me updated with everything prior to a solicitor. A solicitor then got in touch within 5 days of me starting a claim. Would 1000% recommend this company as they go above and beyond to help where necessary

This company is a scam, please dont waste your time. They dont listen to your complaint but are also rude and hang up on me 3 times..

Having had ongoing issues with my windows and a landlord not doing much about it, I contacted these guys. After a visit from them, a few months later I had my window replaced by my landlord. Extremely helpful from day 1.

This London based company keep spamming me with unwanted calls. Ive told them I'm not interested but still they persist. I've had hundreds of calls from them now, a total nuisance.

At first after a couple of responses a guy Called Rian seemed helpful then after no response was given do not trust them extremely unprofessional... Finally a response came through after many attempts and the hand messaged operated had no clue of my file! These people are not serious. Fraudsters

Getting harassed by these guys. Don’t know where they got my number from but they ring from Manchester numbers and London numbers and each one I block, they ring again on a different number even though I have told them I am not interested

Very disappointed with the result of my claim! My housing association was found liable for various repairs.
When I did contact them I never recieved any reply. Although they have agreed to fix all repairs and a payout was recieved it was a absolute joke! 95% of it was taken in various fees. It really wasn't worth my time at all.
The claim was only originally put in when there reps walked straight into my home and bombarded me in my property.
It wasn't worth the time and hassle to recieve what I did.
Unless your claim is worth alot of money I really wouldn't bother as it's a joke.

you DO cold call! I get at least 4 calls a week, all from different numbers, mostly with London prefix area codes, although I have received calls from Manchester, Newcastle, even Edinburgh, and EVERY caller claims to be from the "housing disrepair team". I have REPEATEDLY asked for my number to be removed from your data bases, but I still get calls from you.
My next step will be to take legal advice on how I can stop your unsolicited phone calls

This company cold calls me at least once a day for the last month and has illegally obtained my data and phone number and each time I ask them to remove me from their database they dont.

Constantly getting phonecalls from this company, up to 6x a day as do my children on their mobiles from 020******** (and it is this company as the number is on their website before they say it isn’t them!). I have asked them so many times to take mine and my childrens numbers off their call lists none stop, and every single time they say they will and don’t. They claim to be from my local councils housing disrepair team….but yet call from a London number-I don’t even live in London and my local council do not have a “Housing Disrepair Team”, and they certainly do not call because they email you only after you log on to your housing account to report a repair.

I’m sick of the bloody calls so stop calling!

This is the number continuously calling me. Very poor grammar so I suspect English is a second language. Surely the legitimate company can do something about the illegal companies pretending to be them? Report to company’s house, the police, trading standards? The longer they go unchecked harassing innocent people, the longer they are damaging your company’s reputation

they phone you and ask you to use what's app so they can contact you, then they want you to do this that and everything under the sun, I was beginning to get rather annoyed and angry with them

Stop calling me! Stop Harassing me and Leave me ALONE!! Take my number of your list and just stop!!!!! Stop calling me an being rude when I tell you I don’t want you calls, I am not interested your a scam company I will lose it every singe time you call I do not want to sue my local council I am not interested in what your apparently offering you dodgy dodgy pushy company- SCAM SCAM SCAM AVOID AT ALL COST!!!

I am a council tenant and my kitchen needs doing a inspector come to look but he said I need all new but I hi ave got to wait. 9 months +

Terrible service from the start. They even "lost" my file at one point, would claim people are going to ring and then don't hear nothing back. Questioned them about inital contract and advisor couldn't answer any of the questions. Avoid!

They replied back to my message straight away and got the ball rolling within a couple of weeks. All jobs were completed within a high standard. Highly recommend this company
